Gallup Today: Obama Down To 43%

Gallup: 43% Approval

Gallup Daily: Obama Job Approval

i wonder why

gallup will tell you that an incumbent president sitting at 43%...

well, if obtuse obama does not turn these numbers around far and fast, he's finished

the survey was of 1500 adults, had america's most prestigious pollster questioned only likely voters, that 43 would be significantly smaller

could it be the knowledge that 58% of the very few jobs created since the recession officially ended 3 years ago are pulling down between 10 and 12 dollars per hour?

could it be the fact that middle class wages have fallen twice as fast AFTER the recession ended than they did DURING the deepest dark days of the "recovery?"

maybe it's the green on blue attacks in afghanistan, the foolish futility of the clueless cic's central strategy, and his general's in-denial insistence that the assassinations are not taliban directed?

perhaps it's the devotion of his entire presidential campaign to divisive social issues, the pitting of one group of americans AGAINST the others?

is it all those baseless accusations and recriminations about felons and cancer deaths and racists?

the stubborn sticking to the status quo, the confusion of a genuine forward looking policy with more of the same old tired liberal policies of yesterday?

could it be the 80% of doe loan guarantees directed to bundlers?

the use of private email accounts to avoid public accountability?

the broken promises, the failed policies?

the invocation of executive privilege to keep in the dark exactly how 2000 deadly assault rifles were handed over to the most vicious criminals on earth, the mexican drug cartels, with no tracking of the guns?

the presence of those very killer cartels in chicago and other major cities in the midwest with nary a word, no sign even of awareness, from the white house, let alone action?

the war on coal?

the job-killing obstruction of the xl pipeline?

politically driven bans on drilling on federal land?

all the lawsuits against states attempting to institute their own reforms in the face of washington's paralysis?

the collapse of gm stock, leaving the taxpayer on the hook for 15-20B?

the failure of the chevy volt?

the throwing of israel under the bus in order to pursue some chimerical negotiations with the holocaust deniers in iran?

the sexual harrassment lawsuit against janet napolitano, the favoritism over professional staffers given inexperienced politicos like dora schriro, ms napolitano's longtime close personal friend?

the lawsuit against ms napolitano and her dhs by the border control agents who claim she is asking them to violate the constitution by obeying her catch-and-release directives?

the knowledge that 19 murders and some 120 sex crimes have been committed by those let go?

the public sympathy expressed by leaders of the party for the unwashed, incoherent, crime prone, adolescent, unaccomplished know-it-all's of occupy?

the fact that 50% of college grads, laboring under a billion in debt, can't find work in their fields of specialty?

sigtarp barofsky's recent declaration that tarp was a failure?

jeffrey immelt, whose ge made billions, paid zero taxes and shipped jobs overseas---so he was promoted to jobs czar?

the fact that the put-out president's jobs council hasn't met in a year?

the disdainful dismissal of the president's own debt commission, bowles-simpson?

the promotion from the chicago schools of ed secty arne duncan who couldn't even get his kids to and from class alive?

the ominous and looming examples of greece, spain, italy, illinois, california?

the utter lack of courage and leadership when it comes to budget reform---americans know our precious programs, social security and medicare, will not survive for our next generation if bold action is not taken immediately?

the sequester cuts which leon panetta says will devastate our military capacity while simultaneously imperiling 100K defense jobs in virginia alone?

the raising of taxes on middle class small biz?

gas prices, utilities, groceries, premiums, housing?

maybe it's just the fact we're all living thru what is by far the weakest "recovery" since the great depression?

it's probably a combination of these things, ya think?

either way, it is what it is

obama relies on the uninformed to outvote their neighbors who bother enough to know what's going on, the numbers of ignorant are shrinking

it's hard not to know when you're living it

when's the last positive headline you saw since the assassination of ubl, other than todd akin, that is?

so according to obsessed obama and his convention co-planners in carolina, the number one issue on the minds of sober and mature americans is sandra fluke's birth control pills

Re: Gallup: 43% Approval

Actually more jobs were created under Obama than during all 8 years of the last administration. Wages and employment has similarly been difficult in most other western countries as well.
