Rangel: "You bet your a--" Biden was talking about slavery

what you mean my natural good looks and personal dynamism? well, much of that was a gift from my mother, but yes, being from bama does tend to leave one a bit more culturally superior to most others.

I'm close to the boarder, you can't lie to me like that. We can see your people and we keep a wide berth. :2razz:

You mean the republicans who are fighting for religious exceptions to the law would never use the fact slavery is a well represented and condoned part of the christian religion, and is even talked about in the bible as a good thing, would never use the ability to avoid the rules and law of america because your religion does not agree with them to allow christian people to keep slaves due to it being a part of their religion? It is clear that the republicans are trying to deregulate business. They are complaining about the protections workers have against the abuses of their employers, and even trying to strip the people of their rights to form unions to protect themselves. There can be only one purpose to tho removal of these regulations and laws, and that is to put corporations rights above those of the people, and to remove the power of the people to protect themselves from the abuses of businesses. these are abuses that over and over again pop up without regulations.

So yes, slavery is the end of that process. It is not just the slavery of blacks either. Be aware, that even though slavery was banned, these protections did not come about until corporations started to enslave white people. yes, they will do it because corporations have a purpose. That is to make as much money for their owners as possible and to command their market. Slavery, monopolies, and the abuses of the market are quite profitable for corporations despite the idea they might hurt advancement of the human race. corporations do not care about advancement unless they can make money from it. Since advancement often leads to a replacement corporations are actually endangered by new products and competition despite the bull**** pumped into your heads that competition leads to stronger corporations. Once you are at the point you can destroy or assimilate any advancement to protect your corporation you don't have to fear it unless it is protected by law.

yeah, but the culture there isn't "south", it's "transplanted North mixed with Cuban immigrants mixed with swamp folk". There are exceptions in the Panhandle, to be sure.

:( and Atlanta too, that's why it's turning. So glad Birmingham didn't take the international airport when it was offered to us.

wait a minute - where were you from?

He used a slavery analogy... was it racist? I don't know. He was talking about Wall St. They are already directly and indirectly responsible for putting people in chains in many countries.

You can't even be honest enough to admit the truth, and you know he was saying they are going to put blacks in chains. Even Sharpton says so. There's no more talking to you, because you're going to just spew unthruths to deflect attention away from the truth. If Romney or Ryan had said it, you be all over it like stink on ****.
