They got al lthe PROFITS for decades. They also take the RISK.

it is not the job of labor to take any risk or to speculate. That is why we invented the PENSION.

Labor contracts end. And if you refuse to negociate a new one. No suit possible. Basic labor facts in getting a contract.


The ERISA law prevents cancelling pensions, can you cite any cases where Bain was sued for ERISA violations?

Bankruptcy allows it as they "reorganize". PBGC takes over if needed.
