An Alternative to Romney and Obama

R

ryanman

One thing I have heard a lot is that Obama promised a lot in his 2008 campaign election, but that he failed to deliver the past four years.

On the other hand, Romney is not much better. He may be 5 cents to the right of Obama, but other than that, he is essentially the same as Obama, he will eliminate the Affordable Healthcare Bill but other than that, no big difference.

Paul Ryan was chosen as Romney's sidekick, err. I mean running mate  but I don't think his game is changed to a great extent. There are still a majority of conservatives who wouldn't think of voting for him in the general election.

I saw this video, and the more I think about it, Ron Paul is the right choice.

Here is the video:

the video ends with the statement "there is only one candidate who can beat obama. ron paul". Ron Paul cannot beat Obama. That much is clear to most. However, what is clear to everyone in this country who has even a slight clue about american politics is that this election is between Obama and Romney. Ron Paul has no chance of winning. Just like Ralph Nader and Ross Perot and every other candidate in this country who has tried, IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our country is a 2 party political system for presidency. I would love to see a 3rd candidate who could stand a chance but our country is not at that point because there are too many people who blindly follow D or R. Ron Paul is not happening. I hate to say this, but a vote for anyone other than Romney or Obama is a wasted vote. It is just the way it is.

I completely agree. Because of Ron Paul's policy, he's quite likely to garner some Republican votes. IMO, any Republican who votes for Ron Paul is really casting his ballot for Obama.

This video on youtube has only 49 views, which leads me to believe that you made it yourself. That, or you happened to find it today and were so inspired that you wanted to create a brand new account on some website and post it for everyone else to see. Nice self plugging pretending you didn't create it.

I especially like the part were you say "If he(Romney) wins, he will defeat Obama" kinda redundant but you know whatever.

Lastly, I love how you say Ron Paul so slow and drawn out.

I swear... every RL guy I know who is pushing for Ron Paul is fueled for the most part by the idea that he would legalize pot. I'm really curious how fanatic support he'd have if he were to drop that bit... say, "Naw, really, potheads are filthy villains who belong in jail."

I'd happily vote for an alternative that seemed to have some chance of winning and was not in the pocket of big business (and whose policies I mostly agreed with)... but I also wish I had a million dollars and a talking dog... so I won't hold my breath on that one.
