Cheney to Romney: "Choosing Palin was a mistake, don't repeat it"

Splitting the country on political grounds might work, but the liberal states of america would fail very quickly and ask to be bailed out by the conservative states of america.

But I thought the Conservative states, the current ones anyway, were much more likely to be welfare states, because they take in more money than they pay in taxes. If that's true, how can you expect a future Conservative state to be any more responsible?

I don't think it is possible to win a presidential election any longer with mainly just the white conservative male vote.

The "white conservative males" are pissed off that the GOP presidential candidate has a liberal track record.

That is correct. The red states are net TAKERS from the government; the blue states net GIVERS. Once again, our CON buddies mistake their pre-conceived notions for real facts. They have this bad habit of getting there panties all bunched up over things that don't even exist. Maybe if they checked the facts BEFORE posting we would have less acrimony (and, probably more of them would be Dems)...

McCain picked Palin because he was absolutely getting destroyed in the female vote. Doubt Romney would pick someone as stupid as her.

For the record, I do not think Palin is stupid; she is just ignorant and lazy.
