Obama out spends Romney by 30 million this past month... Where's Romney?

I would assume so.
And remember, Obama gets all his travel free...for his entire entourage. The encumbant president is tough to beat.

My guess is Romney's planning a massive blast right before the election, while Obama made a gamble to spend early to try to define Romney before he got the chance to . . . 'first impressions and all that jazz.

Romney is limited in spending until he becomes the nominee. (convention) some of what he collected was for the "Primary" and others was for the general election (meaning you could given him 2500 twice)
Obama had no primary opponent and has no limit

what that guy said. Romney can't spend the money he is raising, but has to run on leftover primary cash until the convention.
Which is a point worth noting. All these tied polls in the wake of the Bain assault are before Romney can fight back with both hands. Here's hoping his people are planning a major offensive for when Obama comes out swinging with the Mediscare.
