As you may know, Nevada is one of those "swing" states. How many electoral votes they have, I'm not sure. Most of the state is home to jackrabbits and rattlesnakes, after all, and not a lot of humans.

And holy, (bleep!), every TV commercial was a negative political ad bashing one or the other of the candidates for president. Not just negative ads, but mindless half true exaggerations appealing to the emotions and informing the voters not one whit. What a waste. At least living in deep blue California, we don't have to listen to this drivel being spewed out at a cost of millions of dollars of special interest money.

What a way to run a presidential election.

And what a statement about the average voter that spending millions spewing garbage is the way to get elected in this country.

OK, end of rant. Your turn.

Maybe you're just jealous because your vote doesn't count.

As a Florida resident this is a way of life. That and getting robocalled six times a day.

Great.

And the alternative is to live in a red state/blue state where one of the candidates has already conceded.

There has to be a better way.

It is only going to get worse. The vaast majority of money on ads is going to go to a handful of states, and in record amounts.

You went to Reno and you stayed in your room and watched TV? :lamo
