Will the Stock Market Unseat Obama [W:32]

Not sure how the stock market that's gained 50% in the 3.5 years since Obama's took office would be a reason for unseating him.

Then this thread is probably not a good one for one. No problem.
 
I think if we remember the nasdaq bubble burst it really didnt affect clinton. he left with 65% approval ratings. But that bubble didnt affect the economy has much. It think europe going to **** will have monumental effect at home.

True. However we are in a much different economy today. Just was listening to CNBC and an analyst talked to the correlation between sales of high end goods and the stock market.

My sense is that there is a strong correlation for some, not all, between the performance of the stock market and sentiment. The better people feel about direction the more chance they are to give Obama another 4 years.
