FEC fines Rubio $8k for campaign contributor violations

Romney already has the best solution for wooing women voters: his wife.

The candidate that Romney will run against in the general election also has a wife. I don't think that one is any better than the other.

Romney needs to seriously look at a female Republican in the southern half of the US, preferably a governor. Nikki Haley and Jan Brewer come to mind. Haley probably needs more time as governor before she runs a national campaign, that leaves Brewer as the best choice.

I'm not saying that Ann Romney is some be-all, end-all for winning over women. But she's Romney's best option right now. Romney won't pick Haley because she's too inexperienced, and he won't pick Brewer because she's a loose cannon, and has deep ties to the unpopular immigration legislation. First rule of picking a VP: do no harm. Brewer doesn't meet that satisfy that criteria.
