From the ABC News/Washington Post poll........

Regardless of who you support, which candidate do you trust to do a better job on health care?
Barack Obama: 48
Mitt Romney: 38

OK, Obamacare is unpopular, but why does Romney rate so much lower than Obama on this issue? The answer is clear. Romney's plan was what Obama used and claimed for his own. Look at it this way. Obama is Luke Skywalker and Romney is his mentor, Obi Wan Kenobi.

By and large, Republicans aren't going to trust Obama, but they don't trust Romney. Similarly, by and large, Democrats aren't going to trust Romney either.

On the flip side, at least a 50/50 of Democrats are likely to trust Obama to at least try and keep the health care law in place and work towards what they'd like. On the flip, by and large republicans aren't going to trust him.

So you have a situation where the other side almost completely doesn't trust the opponent, but one side has a bit more faith in their guy then the other side does. Thus why you have a higher feeling towards Obama than Romney

Show me a single post that I have made where I have supported Obama on health care, and then get back to me.

"Bit more" is about the best of it. Yeah, Obama would do better than Romney, but that is not saying a whole lot. I was excited at the prospect of gettiong real health care reform through. Then I saw what was passed and alot of the excitement went away. The best I can say for what passed is that it was better than not doing anything.

Putting words in my mouth again? Show me a single post that I have made where I have supported Obama on health care, and then get back to me.

You misread his post. He was not claiming you supported Obama.

Oops, you may be right. I read what he posted out of context. Sorry 'bout that, Zyph.

"Thus why you have a higher feeling towards Obama than Romney" as in "Thus why the poll that you provided shows that people have a higher feeling towards Obama than Romney".

I figured the context of the entire rest of my post explaining why it is likely that the poll showed that Obama has a higher rating than Romney would indicate pretty clearly that my last line was referencing why you have the outcome in the poll that you provided...not that you PERSONALLY have a higher liking for Obama on the issue than Romney.

I agree with this although the poll doesn't really break down the results like they should to better support this point.
