But, I agree : it's much BETTER to ACT NOW, urgently, BEFORE the GOP falls down to flip-flop Romney, precisely in order to prevent and/or fight against that. (F.ex. for an OPEN Convention, and, at any case, a crystal-clear Contrast between a MAJORITY OF VOTES BY CONSERVATIVE PEOPLE for their frontrunner : Santorum, and an usurpator of "Delegates", but with a Dominishing MINORITY candidate Romney, would certainly be a STRONG TOOL and LEVERAGE able to really push for POSITIVE CHANGES at the GOP, in the Convention and/or later-on.

At any case, I don't think that America's and Humankind's History could stand another 4 Obama years, NO !..

=> If the Establishment's Bureaucrats impose flip-flop Romney and either lose (obviously the most probable), or push to a crypto-"Liberal" POTUS who betrays all Real Conservatives' Values, then, there is only 1 Solution left, after what happened also back on 2004, 2008 and 2012 : All People of Good Will, should get out of the GOP and Build a brand New Party for 2016, (while also determining various other, Shorter term Political Goals, f.ex. 2014 Mid-term Elections, SCOTUS, etc.) !

Nope. Santorum has been a Republican his entire career so far as I know. To build the grassroots machine necessary to win on a third party ticket you have to go that route for the entire cycle. I say that as someone who worked for a grassroots/independent gubenatorial candidate in the 1990 election. We won, but only because he had a very strong single-issue stance and we spent the entire cycle pushing it. Of course he turned out to be just as much a poser as his two opponents had been once he got into office.

No it's not.

By that idiotic logic, anyone voting FOR Romney in the primary is casting a vote for Obama becuase they know there are people who will refuse to vote for Romney.

This logic functions on the ridiculous notion that an individual is forced to vote for one of the 2 major parties, and that it is a given that they will vote for the party you're arguing on behalf of.

These kind of idiotic arguments and emotional laden tactics of attempting to impart guilt are ridiculous and frankly should be ignored by one and all. As Citizen's, our vote is the most valuable possession we have with regards to our societal worth...one should not spend their vote if they do not wish on someone they absolutely do not wish to have represent them.

Or they believe that either candidate would cause them to whine for the next four years, and as such they'd rather not have put their personal endorsement on the candidate that's going to be causing their whine.

This is my case with Santorum and my likely 3rd party vote or non-vote if he got/gets elected. I will not, and shall not, cast my vote for someone who I believe can and will do systematic damage to this country. It is why there is 0% chance I will vote for Obama and an amazingly slim chance that I'll vote for Santorum.

Strangely I truly don't like, nor trust, Romney but at the same time I think he's too much of a politician and a leaf on the wind to do anything significantly damaging to the country if elected. So I'd be more apt to vote for him, not because I agree with him on more things than I do Santorum, but because the things I disagree with him on aren't to the same gravity and extent.

He said on Leno, you don't wait til you are in your 40's or 50's to join the insurance pool. That isn't how it works.

People who want to be taken care of by govt are not always liberals.....most of my poor relatives vote republican yet still want govt services without paying in to the system...
