I never heard of him
You didn't hear of Romney in 2008? Seriously?
I never heard of him
Current reporting is that Romney has won both Mississippi and Alabama by respectable margins. If that holds true, then this race is (un)officially done - Santorum will not be able to maintain the argument that he is a legitimate counter to Romney if he can't even win the Bible Belt.
Santorum (ugh) should at that point drop out of the race, or at least pour no more resources into attacking Romney, who will at that point be the GOP's nominee. Conservatives wishing to moan and b---h about having another squishy moderate/liberal as our Party's standard bearer (and I am one of them) are free to console ourselves with the fact that we had a chance to change that, and we appear to have elected not to do so.
but if hes getting more money than other candidates and has policies identical to obama and bush, hell just keep the status quo going,if gingrich and santorum fail atleast they will fail in a different way than obama orr bush, rather than pushing 16 years of failed policy like romney wants,
If you think he has no policies different than Obama Its really useless discussing this matter any further.
If you think pro growth, lower taxes, lower impediments on business are failed policies, I don't have anything else to say to you
INteresting stuff that Santorum has swept MS and AL. Makes the race far more interesting now. I still think Romney takes the nomination, but social conservatives won't give up so easily, it seems.
At this rate, Obama will have to come out and announce he's an alien from Mars and is here to kill all the turtles in the world in order for the GOP to win.
that might be important if conservatives were in the majority , but they aren't...I'd accept that argument if it wasn't for this.
Also, it seems that if a policy, as you stated, is opposed by all conservatives, that a conservative would not enact it at any level. If, for example, I were to enact a progressive tax, but it was only for my state, would that be "conservative" simply because I'm doing it at the state level instead of the federal? I don't think it's a very conservative policy regardless of where it's done. I don't think the UHC at the state level has the same legal issues, as per the tenth amendment, but I certainly think that the legality of it does not make it any more conservative.
I don't think "winning the white house" means anything unless the person in the white house sees eye-to-eye with conservatives.
noooo hell spare turtle dude in his turle massacre wont he???:boohoo:

poor argument obama has lowered taxes heavily, indho taxes should be low but not too low,but corporate taxes need to be lower, corporations and business hire employees not individuals.personal payroll and business capital are two different things, arguing rich need lower taxes is stupid because corporations hire people through business capital and higher taxes take that capital, which takes away from business, taxes on the rich should not be too high but their own income has 0% affect on any business, unless that said business lets it.

yes, Romney will be the nominee.
but its GREAT for Obama, that Sick Rantorum & Gingrinch refuse to step aside.
why spend $1 on campaign ads when Romney's failed GOP opponents are doing all the work?
this is sooo very awesome for Obama, and will allow him to save money for after the GOP convention.
in fact, I'm gonna donate $50 to both Santorum's and Gingrich's campaigns.
that might be important if conservatives were in the majority , but they aren't...
I really have no clue what you are trying to say there
Taxes need to be a lot lower on those who pay too much
the death tax needs to be eliminated
but everyone needs to pay some income tax and everyone needs to face the same % increase anytime a politician calls for tax hikes

why is it only liberals and die hard republicans who disbelieve that conservatives would vote outside the party believe romney is the only choice, your telling conservatives who you think will win knowing you were gonna vote obama, but you sleep at night know you cnvince republican voters to vote someone in who cant win.
we need an egg-on-face emoticon.
this is what I get for running with early returns.
if you knew business its corporate capital that pays employees, not rich people, any smart businessman knows a rich persons wages and bonus is his,but busines capital is for running business, which includes hiring employees.
republicans have been right on lowering taxes, they just have been lowering the wrong taxe for decades, democrats wish to raise tha tax as well, but no one really pushes the only taxe that allows job growth.
that might be important if conservatives were in the majority , but they aren't...
