What's Obama's direct connection or role in manipulating "INTERNATIONAL Spot Oil Prices"?

If he could do that...he'd resign as president today because that would make him Emperor of the Planet Earth. He'd have more money that anybody on the planet.

Legally it didn't matter if he was born over seas our not that's what you people don't get. His mother is a us citizen and therefore so which was established by the supreme court awhile ago
