Obviously, this doesn't matter much yet with almost no votes counted in Colorado, but as of right now Mitt Romney isn't winning a single county. He's not even up in St. Louis, Kansas City, Minneapolis, or St. Paul. That's kind of shocking.

Yes, I was born and raised in Colorado.

I am surprised at the low Romney numbers in Minnesota.
 
With 10 % in, Romney is now ahead by 2 votes in Colorado.

How many delegates is that going to get Santorum?

He isn't going to win Ohio which has more clout than those states combined. All the big Money and the major leaguers are behind Romney including the leading GOP guy in the state-Senator Rob Portman.

Did anyone else notice that during Santorum's "victory speech," that his supporters grew less and less enthusiastic the more he went off?

That's always been my reaction to his rhetoric, but this is the first time I've notice his supporters reacting the same way. Considering this is right after they just voted him the top pick for their state, it was kind of sad. It was like they just realized they had made a big mistake.

Romney can get plenty of votes from liberals on the east coast, but the heartland of America sent Romney a message tonight.

Mitt Romney, we don't like politicians with liberal track records.

With 47 % in, Santorum is back in the lead in Colorado. A lot of big counties still not reporting.

Romney's up now, but all the votes in Denver have been counted, while the more conservative West have not for the most part. It looks like it'll be close though.

Edit: Also Nate Silver is saying that Romney's down about 1700 votes in El Paso county (Colorado Springs) which has yet to be counted.

Colorado Springs would be a huge win for Santorum. I predicted Denver going to Romney, that was obvious to anyone living in Colorado.

I would love to see Santorum get the nomination. He is the one true Conservative in the race..........It would be a fight in this country between the silent majority, morals and family values against abortion and gay marriage, a strong defense against disarmament .......Before I die I would find out how far this country has really sunk.
