So lets get this straight we would not protect the rights of people and allow the kind of violations that were present in the 1920's or 1930's? Right...

Or is it perhaps you wish to play this on the line of reasoning that because I am treating people as equals regardless if they are business or not and that I reject ideas that you support in one way or the another that violate the rights of people I want to roll back to the 1920's or 1930's? Keep building that house of straw.

Yes. Can you point to anything where my being a police officers has anything to do with the topic?

The remark made by Hatuey to me... which another poster also pointed out being ignorant..... which you seem to disagree with...... had less to do with the actual topic than me being a Police Officer who lives in North Carolina.
