America Our Economy is broken, & America is Broken
How do you fix somthing if its broke? You dont ask a Polititian or a Loyer how to fix somthing if its broke you get a mechanic! Well I'm a mechanic. I would like to be your president, and not by choice either! I dont relish the idea of being a Public politition haveing my entire life put under a microscope or answer to others about my past or what I may say when its taken out of contex, to never again being able to walk down a street or to be protected by the secret service for the rest of my life, But I do not trust any of the current Front runners or any other Polotition to FIX anything .
I have over 20 years experiance fixing 500 mph jets and other aircraft with highly technical systems. All of these are highly regulated by mountains of Manuals, legal FAR's (federal aviaition regulations) So I feel I am more than qualified to be able to interpit the Bills & reports put forth by the house and congress nessasary for this job and report too you the American people.
You don't need to be a career politition for this job, you just need some smarts & a Lot of common sense like one of my old bosses used to tell me "Common sense is highly uncommon! " It seems Big government doesnt have any at all.
I have NO political background so you won't hear any double-talk from me. I will tell you how it is, no need to read between the lines or try to figure out what the heck I just said because of talking in circles to never answer a question, I wouldnt know how to do it.

I have no politicul favors to keep, I have no ties to any poloticians so I have no politicul promisses to keep too any polotitian. I'm a Blue collar guy with a lot of common sense. If you want 4 more years of the same old rederect stop listning now, leave now, but remmember if you feel the need to vote for a carrer politition please Vote for Ron Paul as he is the only possible polititian I could possibly endorse. I am running against him because my politicul veiws differ from his but we are simmular in many aspects.
If you vote for any another canidate be prepared for the same old BS NOT once in my life time has any president gone & done any thing other than keep us going down the same old tracks, NEVER keeping their campain promisses WHY? Why dont Polititions keep there campain promisses? because they are carreer polititions they have favors to pay back they have freinds they have to help and they work for special intrest groups & Lobiest OR who ever else has enough money! mainly special intrest groups and profesional lobiest who donate millions to carrer polititians campains so they may write laws wich benefit them.
Our situation is dire if Big changes dont take place soon in this country it is doomed! bad things are liable too and probably will happen to America as we know it very soon.
Fixing our economy is going to be nothing short of a miricul! its that bad! For 40+ years polotitions Big banks and special intrest have been destroying America one peice of legislation at a time by working for Big buisness, special intrest groops, and Lobyist and their freinds in government by Pushing their Libaral agendas convinsing the people that Free trade is good and a One world Global economy is good. Unions and pensions are evil, and that SS & Medicare are runnaway entitlments that are evil and bankrupt and that our Imigration system is uncontrolable.

As Presedent I would
1). Enact FDR's 2nd bill of rights for all americans protecting american WORKER'S from UNFAIR compitition of LOW Wages! and at the same time Protecting American OWNED & OPERATED operated Buisnesses from UNFAIR compitition from MNC. The 2nd bill of rights effectivly cancels all the rules and regulations and laws written into law the last 40+ years that allowed all our jobs to go over seas for CHEAP LABOR!, with NAFTA and other simular free trade agreements, Including more to come currently on the books to be enacted.
Americans have a standard of living wich must be maintaind. By Truly ballancing the trade deficit and eliminating Free trade, Taxing imports and exports once and for all FAIRLY for all, we can fix our countrys economy. THIS countrys corporations and those countrys corporations wich dont play by OUR rules will have there imports and exports taxed at the highest possible rates to meet or exceed equal american products or find them sitting out at Sea blocked from entry. This is the ONLY way to creat jobs here in America NOW. We MUST even the playing feild for all Americans or face the reality that most of our country is going to be considard a third world country of POOR people from hi unemployment and uncontroled inflation.
Free trade is a Vehichle of DOOM for America. creating two classes of people the Rich and the Poor.
The 2nd bill of rights as writen by FDR will Eliminates laws wich undermine american workers and farmers that allowed are jobs to be transferd over seas for unfare compitition of cheap wages. 7-8 million american jobs have been out sourced quarterly for 40 years by MNC most to high paid wage countrys, without workers comp laws with low taxes without workers rights or child labor laws although they MNC are placing some jobs back here in the USA its at a Much much smaller rate. Yes they contribute SOME jobs back here at home and to our economy and the tax system but at the cost of MILLION and MILLIONS of American Jobs erroding America! Its economy! Its Tax system! thats why SS and medicare are failing their arnt enough workers paying into it! Our jobs are GONE! are oprotunitys are GONE!

If you do enough reserch on your own you will find Free Trade at the top of there list. Wich all sounds great on papper in a perfect world it just doesnt work in the real world in wich we live. If we are to truely fix are economy and return to being a world leader we must return to what works. There are many who would have you belive free trade is great and it is for the Top 1% but it truly doesnt work for the rest of us.
Free trade is colonialism or Imperialism in disguise. The moral category is wide, including concerns of income inequality, enviromental degradation supporting child labor and sweat shops, race to the bottom , wage slavery, accentuating poverty in poor countrys harming national defence and forcing cultural change.
But there are truly few Patriots who speak of such things in todays day and age thats a real shame so many have givin up and given into the Liberal agenda who are not only Democrats but republicans too. So many Americans have died for this great nation only for us to get lazy and numb watching TV not getting involved with Politics so we could be Fleeced by Liberals and their agenda with Free trade. SHAME ON US! But we can change every thing NOW!

OVERHAUL Social security instead of desolving it like every other polotitian wants to do. Ensuring its survival for all for generations to come. By analizing the core structur & eliminating waste by managment. I also want too Increase benifates paid to recipiants and tieing benefite raises to government officials & government empoyee workers pay raises.

OVERHAUL medicare system instead of desolving it like every other polotitian wants to do. By analizing its core structur & eliminating waste by managment. I also want too Increase benifates by eliminating prescription drug dohnut holes and requiring it cover All medications including experamental drugs and procedures when they have been proven to be benifitial treatments.
4).Medicul insurance
OVERHAUL the Insurance industry laws Every one wants Obama care to be Repealed BUT Laws cant be REPEALED a new law must be writen wich overrides current law and regulations. Out with OBOMA CARE! its cheaper and easyer to fix what we have. By enacting New legislation wich overrides Obama care.
Medicul insurance laws will be over hauled to have no preexisting clauses and will pay for medicul services at affordable prices and Copays with no exception to prexisting conditions or experamental procedures & drugs. all Drug costs are to be coverd as well. 2nd bill of rights ensures affordable medical treatment for ALL Americans. But it does not require all to belong to an insurance companey either.
5.) Energy policie Overhaul
If we are going to get this country moving again and keep it moving in the right direction we need to encurage all forms of energy and at the same time capitalizing on old ones. Americas dependance on foregn oil needs to be corrected by encuraging a switch to strait ethenol in the mainstream as a primary fuel without strong regulations or heavy Taxation by the federal government or state governments and without influence from Big oil companeys. We need to eliminate E85 rules and regulations and just have strait ethonal at the pumps grown from all sources sugar cane sugar beets and corn and it needs to be TAX FREE! too few relize that it is already Tax free and anyone can distile there own fuel anyone can get a permit from ATF to build a still to make fuel, far to many lack an area to do it in safely or lack the ability to benifate from current legislation my idea is to have a very large nonprofit CO OP of farmers and distillers build a nation wide infustructure to bring cheap affordable fuel to all.
For far to long americas energy needs have been under the control of OPEC, and Taxed by both state and federal governments Its time for a cheap fuel alternative. This would be good for farmers good for the auto industry and good for the enviroment and good for are economy. I feel Americans deserve a fuel alternative free from heavy regulation an important factor in getting our countrys economy going again.
And if some one drinks the stuff more power to em, The days of Big government worried about someone distilling and selling cheap hooch is over, it needs to be compleetly leagal to destill in this country as it is for many in other countrys, its time for it to be here too. Yes there are going to be people who water the stuff down and drink it, if there really that hard up for a drink I say let em! personaly I think most people would rather drink somthing a bit more refined and from clean machinery so the alchole industry isnt going to suffer to terrably badly and old uncle Sam is just going to have to live with the Tax loss for the greater good of the economy and its nations people.
Oil and gas back in the mid to late 90s
The EPA was going around fineing gross poluters millions, companys were going broke back then in efforts to do the clean up only to turn the clean up over too the goverment The US Tax payers with the Super Fund clean up, Big Oil companeys Oil refinerys all over the country were closed and dismanteld mainly those refineries that were too old or outdated and too costly for the conversion to the new cleaner fuel blends the EPA set as the new cleaner burning fuel standard. The EPA also took aim at Mom and Pop stripper wells across the country as gross pouters as a result In an effort to avoid heavy fines and penaltys from the government Mom and Pop stripper wells got pulled up and there wells were filled with concreet in an effort to avoid heavy fines from the EPA soon after Oil and gas prices skyrocketed to all time high prices with huge profits for big Oil companeys. but all that talk of The Super fund and the clean up all went away, Many sights grossly poluted by mining projects earmarked for clean up by the superfund have been abondonded as too costsly many american towns still await the day when there areas will be cleand up by the affending corporations or government.
By Allowing people and small buisness who still own rights too old Oil wells/feilds and stripper wells that were filled to be reopened and pumping to resume, without fear of huge enviromental costs for clean up, it can be done effectivly and cleanly we can drive oil prices back down, we need to allow for off shore drilling to once again start flowing, with a new system of independant regulators to oversee ALL safty aspects to prevent accedents as the industry has proven time and time again to have too little respect for accedents wich affect the enviroment and human/animal rights.
The oil industry needs to be regulated, in a way wich can effectivly bring final costs down for the american people and at the same time encurage growth, We need to write new laws requiring our own oil and gas resources to remain in this country to balance the prices from forign oil and OPEC. By restricting domestic resources from being exploited i.e. all the oil from trans Alaska pipeline goes over seas primarly too China Prices would come down dramaticly nationaly.
While I like the idea of cheap reliable energy sources such as Nuclear energy wich just scares the bejesous out of me personaly, I believe it can be done correctly and resposibly but a market without extream oversight on safty scares the heck out me. Wind and solar and hydro elect energys are important sources of energy but they are not effective at 24/7 production with the exception of Hydro elect. But Hydro destroys animal habitat at a trade off and the lakes fill in with natraul run off from the sorounding hillsides choking them off eventualy rendering them useless without costly dredging.
I belive that America should offer more resources to Hydrothermal, Hydrogen and Fusion technologys as these technologys offer the most reward in the effort to get america off its dependace of forein oil and coal. I beleive by offering incentives too any one person or corporation that perfects these resources for the benifate of mankind a better investment. Incentives such as having extended patent life terms and/or exemption from federal taxes for life are good incentaves.

6.)Enviroment The EPA needs an overhaul
Its extreamly important to protect our enviroment but at the same time its even more important to have some good common sense with REAL scince and NOT JUNK scince in the protection of the enviroment. Our planet and its enviroment is constantly changing natrally. I do not belive that humans are always responsible for those changes nor is Scince always right or wrong in there findings, While we are very good at pointing out whats bad for the enviroment we our even better at knee jerk reactions Lawing ourselves out of jobs and products that work. Only to buy products made in other countrys where those affending products are used, Out of sight out of mind doesnt work. Its just as important for finding effective affordable alternatives before laws are made.

7.)Imegrations System
The Imegration system needs an over haul and enhancments made, By Haveing our national gaurdsmen patrol our borders & shores 24/7 enhancing americas security, hold those incharge of our imigration system for the last 20+ years accontable to the american people! for not bringing to light the problems they had in controlling the situation and for failling to do there jobs, those in charge that have allowed the flow of ileagals to come into this country should be held accountable.
We need to Invite mexico to be the 51st state IF they as a Nation agree then Mexican ileagal imigrants are no longer ilegals but citesens of the USA with all its benifiats! Mexico would be a much saffer place as would america, It would open the doors for oprotunitys on both sides I personaly would love to be able to go to Mexico and buy water front property or go see Mexicos Jungles or Myan temples without fear from coruption or thugs and theives murderers and rapist.
Mexico must become the 51st state This process must be done speedily to work with the 2nd bill of rights. No longer would the People of this great nation be forced to compeet with ileagal imigration or be forced to compeet with cheap labor. Employers that hire Ileagals would face prison time. Not fines! Big buisness can afford big Fines! How about doing some TIME! see 2nd bill of rights.
The People of Mexico deserve a chance to be free Americans if so many are already here there is somthing wrong with there governments ability to provide security and opprotunity for all of there nations peoples. I know many Mexicans I have worked long hours side by side with many of them they are more american than most americans I know they work Harder than most americans, They value more what we have than most americans take for granted. I belive that most too have Higher moral values for life liberty and Family than most Americans do, For that reason alone Mexico HAS to be accepted as the 51st state.
America is a nation of many peoples with many laws it is Imparitive that we must have ONE natianal voice, one national language English if you are to become an American citisen you must learn english!
We are not a nation of anglo americans nigro americans Japanies americans chineas americans or Mexican americans and the list goes on WE ARE ALL AMERICANS when we allow areselves to be devided and catogorized with political correctness WE WILL FALL but UNITED with ONE voice we will stand together as One nation under god.
