What it is is a survey of republican insiders, including "state legislators, local elected and party officials, senior advisers to Republican Gov. Terry Branstad, business and conservative interest group leaders, veterans of previous caucus campaigns, and a variety of other party activists"
They believe Romney will win, 63 % of them believing that is the outcome. But what I found interesting was what they felt the biggest problem of candidates is:
