republicans, help me understand please:

Ignorance is bliss!

I listen to him all the time - he's a conspiracy theorist. I even started to listen to him as he said, "we all know global warming is a scam so we won't be impressed by that" or his petty excuse about republicans being "too moderate". That's a joke if I ever heard it. LOL You have to be off your rocker to listen to that nonsense and give it credibility.

By the way, this is the group who is trying to be "moderate":

I can't find the video where every candidate said they would decline a bill that raises 1 dollar of tax for every 10 cut.

newt is down in iowa, paul is up. there absolutely doesn't seem to be one candidate you all can get behind. so, which candidate will cause MORE republicans to stay home next November?

and as an aside, why do newt's colleagues seem to despise him?

When Newt was in power, he was a pushy arrogant asshole towards other Republicans.

"Staying home" isn't the question, rather it is lackluster caring in terms of effort towards gaining independent voters.

I would guess Ron Paul would do the worse. Romney might be more moderator so in some ways acceptable, but maybe more lack luster in supporters. That is the dilemna. The most the candidate will excite hardcore Republicans, the more rightwing issues there are to attack on.

I don't think anyone should be too surprised if this comes down to a Romney v Perry fight in the end.

LOL Great video clip!

The word "Bush" has been erased from the English language for Republican candidates, hasn't it?

Yes it has, and that's a big part of the reason Republicans have no decent candidates. Anyone associated with Shrub is strictly verboten.
