Are Herman Cain’s 15 minutes finally over?

I don't know. They keep changing candidates like they do underwear. I'm thinking if Huntsman can outlast many of the others financially, he will start getting looked at as the most "electable" Republican.

He IS the most electable Republicans. He is the only adult in the room (though I would classify Newt as an adult..but not an electable one). Unfortunately "adult" polls at less than 5% in this joke of a party; and you must make it out of the playoffs to play in the finals.

He is pretty much finished. They have not even really hit him on his sub-par business record...and he keeps opening his mouth spewing out stupidity.. he is done just as Perry is. Romney is playing the wise game of keeping his mouth shut and letting the opposition commit political suicide. Now Romeny cant do that against Obama so he is pretty much screwed there. The big question is when the rest of the GOP seriously go after Romney, taking on his business record of exporting jobs overseas and creating unemployment at home, to his election fraud issues.. odd that no one has slammed him yet on those issues... the Dems will that is for sure.

Sub-par business record? At least he has one. What about your idol, Obama? What's his business record look like?

Something is not quite right with Cain. Can't put my finger on it. I hope his 15 minutes are up.
If you can't put your finger on it, then it isn't real.

I'd rather not have one than have one that is crappy. CEO's that are republicans usually end up running their companies into ditches.

Look at the pizza chain when Cain took over.. number of stores, employees, return on investment, stock price and so on.. and look at it when he left... then you will see what I mean.

What percentage of CEO's are Republicans?

I wouldn't know exact numbers but I'm only going by a few i know like fiorina. She ran Hp into a ditch and they ended up firing her.

The latest problem for Cain is that three women were asked to put a lot more than their finger on it.

And that is very real.

I wonder when Herman Cain can expect to get that apology from Rick Perry?

Good point. And what about an apology from the GOP partisans here who attempted to blame Democrats for trying to destroy Cain... as if anyone of them would do anything but encourage the GOP to pursue that course of political suicide.

Democrats did try to destroy Herman Cain. It was part of their strategy. They want to destroy the rest of the republican field and force voters to support Romney. They also want to spare the ammunition against Romney till the nomination.

They know that if any candidate is able to beat Romney, then that candidate is a strong candidate. Romney can lose in many ways, by a third party run, by his wall street connections, by his flip flopping and his lack of support among conservatives. I am 99% certain that Mitt Romney will lose to Obama. I am also 99% certain that Obama will get his second term.

If Democrats destroyed Cain, why is Cain blaming Perry? :popcorn2:

Because some evidence suggests that Perry did the last sting. It was a mistake of him to begin to blame Perry.

The left never destroyed Cain. I said they tried to destroy Cain. Especially Washington Post.

The Post simply reported the facts.

Cain blamed Perry because he thinks Perry is behind it -- not Democrats.

This got nothing to do with this incident.

Washington Post has been campaigning against him from day 1, and run heaps of smear articles. Why would they do that if they want Cain to get nominated?

Possible impropriety in Cain's past, and who do some people blame? Democrats!

This is just silly...

Of course it's the "liberal media's" fault ... or or or ... Bill Clinton's fault (!) that Cain has been accused THREE TIMES of sexual harrassment, and that he completely flubbed his response to the story. At least that's what they're saying in Oobekybekybekystanstan.

Has he sold more books than Palin yet? (Even if he bought most of them!)
