As a follow up to the DOJ investigation I figured out how Holder can do it, and given the chance it's a bamaHolder home run so watch out!

They can assert that the granting of a state / government concealed weapons permit put Zimmerman under the color of authority and that shooting an unarmed innocent little boy (sarcasm) violated that poor child's civil liberties.

If they could win that one they'd destroy the value of CCWs! A BamaHolder dream come true all in the name of poor little TM.
