Day 9 testimony (Fridayy 7/5) [W:323,483]

Rene Stutzman @renestutzman
Sybrina Fulton back on the stand. I think she's gonna talk about something that was locked in that evidence rm the locksmith just opened.

Has Trayvon's mom testified yet?

Have you heard if the defense is going to call him, ask Serino on the stand, or at least introduce the following?

Analysts are saying they do not think the defense will call Tracy.

The mother says it is Trayvon. The brother is not sure.

John Good said it was Zimmerman. George's dad will say it was George.

They think that is more then enough to introduce reasonable doubt.

BTW, wouldn't Serino's recount of Tracy saying "no" be hearsay and objected to?

Not if they called Serino back it wouldn't.

Hmmm...but other people have testified to what other people told them.

What the heck is goin' on?

I guess since Serino heard it directly it wouldn't be hear-say. So, oops. My bad.

They can probably call the cop that overheard it too.

Then the prosecution would probably call Tracy as a rebuttal witness to give an explanation.

I would be willing to bet O'Mara and West are making sure the grounds for appeal should a conviction occur are VERY WELL delineated.

I haven't seen a sidebar that long before. The lawyers were whispering to both Zimmerman and Trayvon's mom.

Is it just me or does West always appear as if he needs to use the restroom for a bowel movement?

Well, that was certainly worth the wait...

<sarcasm off>

Is it just me or does West always appear as if he needs to use the restroom for a bowel movement?

Hahahaha. He always looks like he's deep in thought to me.

What the heck is this? He's reading his answer?

agreed. he reminds me of walt from breaking bad

Probably one of his first times testifying in a courtroom. He's nervous. Associate ME, hmmmm what's he going to testify about? Martin's condition? I think the first ME gave us a clear picture there. Is he going to testify Trayvon died from a gunshot wound????

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes, he's reading his answers. Probably due to nerves and challenge with language and the jury understanding him.

"your honor the defense stipulates Trayvon Martin is deceased from a single gunshot wound to the chest"
