Day 8 testimony (Wednsday 7/3) [W:432]

Re: Day 8 testimony (Wednsday 7/3)

Am I understanding properly, that George actually had enough credits to graduate?

I thought they said he had 149 credits. You only need 120, right?

Re: Day 8 testimony (Wednsday 7/3)

Y'know, I'm a bit late to it today, so all I've seen is the badgering of the medical examiner by the defense. I think the defense attorney is really being an obtuse asshole. I'm a female mother with similar stats to many of the jurors. So I'm just thinking the jurors by now are probably getting really sick of him and it seems a really bad ploy.

Yeah, I figured that out after the fact. Not important enough to re-post.

Re: Day 8 testimony (Wednsday 7/3)

I think they're trying to make the argument that Zimmerman understood enough of the law to craft a solid story to get out this situation.

Well if the prosecution tries that tact its likely to backfire on them sooner or later because some intrepid defense attorney will do the same line on the police the prosecution calls as witnesses. The police officer KNOWS about the law and so was able to make a plausible story to frame some innocent shmo.

I love how the Prosecutor is laying out this story to the judge like the judge is a tard and didn't hear the evidence.

Respectfully, the judge is a tard.
