You already know that is not what I asked. Where is the evidence of the other claims you made?

John, you know the guy you think recanted.

He gave a deposition, and O'Mara and West are not allowed to purposely misrepresent what a witness has testified to.
Haven't you wondered why the Prosecutor hasn't objected to their saying such in at least two different hearings?

As I've stated several times in the last year... When it comes to Martin supporters, common sense is their enemy and must be avoided at all cost, otherwise their agenda will crumble right before their eyes.

Yet O'Mara did just that.

Last week. He had to make a public apology for misrepresenting the video of TM found on TM's phone.

That would be the one with two guys arguing over a bike, that he characterized as Trayvon's two "buddies beating up a homeless guy." A pitiful LIE told in court to the judge.

That tape, you know, the one Rene Stultzman heard and saw - AND HELD - a draft she had written on what was really there on the tape, until some good detective work <cough> found the google cache from the OS site.

You remember, right?

It was "purposeful"... and it was a lie.. OMara has spent more time on social media than in building a case for the defense.

It most certainly was.
To a judge, an officer of the court made a charge of criminal behavior - where there was none. You don't pull **** like that without purpose.

We know what the purpose was.
