Based on what we know, how did the confrontation go down?

1.) Zimmerman was not on NW that evening but on his way to the store. He was allowed to be armed.

2.) NW can be armed if they want to be. They do not give up there constitutional rights just because they belong to a NW organization.

3.) You previously pointed out out that the NW group Zimmerman belonged to did not belong to the national association. Maybe you don't understand this, but it clearly indicates they are not beholden to it's guidelines.

I can't imagine short statured, fat, pudgy, out of shape George Zimmerman instilling fear in anyone, let alone a 5' 11" muscular 17 year old. Martin was really not the little kid in the pictures first published but the guy in the 7/11 video with the hoodie. Who would scare who there? Hopefully, the clerk will be called to the stand by the Defense and size comparison done of him and Zimmerman which my guess is they are about the same height..

My sense of it is that the defense is afraid to put George on the stand.. He too vague about when he first spotted TM and where he parked his car.... and what he was doing instead of walking back to his car.

The clerk doesn't remember Trayvon at all.. He won't be called as a witness. They know Trayvon bought Skittles and Tea... and the prosecution will stipulate same.

Oh for God's sake .. George was on duty as soon as he dialed 311 and basically George is too stupid to follow NW guidelines.. That's why the HOA paid over a million dollars to the Martin family.

No sharon he wasn't. Nor did he dial 311.
He was on his way to the store and was allowed to be armed.

I think that would be a huge mistake. He can explain inconsistencies...by telling the truth -- admitting where he's lied intentionally (his financial situation) and where he was confused. I trust juries. I don't think they get it wrong very often at all.

As to being too vague about where he parked his car, that's a nonissue. He parked his car where it was found. The fact that he may have been vague about where he spotted him is inconsequential. Where he was walking doesn't make any difference at all.

Shelie drove the car home before the police even saw it.

Its very likely that George was at the Colonial Village Apts when he spotted Trayvon.

There is no evidence of the amount of settlement. That's a WAG.
 
It is not about the clerk remembering Martin but the comparison between the height of the clerk, Martin and Zimmerman. Martin bought Watermelon juice not tea which clearly can be seen from the picture of the can.
 
That can't be right. The Police were on the scene long before Shellie moved the truck.

Martin was 5' 11" and weighed 158 pounds.. George weighed 204 at 5'7 1/2".. Its not contested.

nope. the hoa paid because it was more econimical for the insurance company to do so than to drag it out in court.
If you read what was released, the HOA did not admit any guilt.

The majority of civil cases are settled out of court with no admission of guilt.

In a proper investigation the truck would have been impounded and searched.

As I understand it.. there was a disconnect in communication so the police on the scene never knew that George had been in his car.

Yes it is contested, which of course is why you say it isn't.
We have two official measurements that conflict. One from the police and one from the autopsy.

Then we have his own bother saying he was 6'2", and I am sure, if it comes up, O'Mara will show his height in comparison to the gradient on the side of the doors at 7/11.

The ME in Volusia measured Trayvon.. and George's doctor records his height and weight on the morning of the 27th.

Lets see? At least one brother, an Official record, and video footage showing how tall he was, against what? An autopsy record?
I am more than sure the jury will understand the Autopsy records is mistaken.
