You sir, have my respect then. I too read opinions that conflict with mine, as I feel that is the best way refine your argument and or judge information. Too many people only read sources they agree with. Kudos!I've heard or him, but don't really read him. I prefer hearing opinions that contradict mine, so I mainly follow Leatherman.
In reading Omara's motion, though, he did obtain an expert to extract the data. So, Diwatman is wrong.
Additionally, BDLR indicated to the judge in the court that he had nothing further from anyone. It would appear that this may not be exactly accurate.

I had a longer reply as to what you think Diwata man is wrong on, and I am too busy at the moment to cleanly detail where I think he is not, and what I wrote sounds too confusing, so I've deleted.
I guess we'll see next week how this all shakes out. Bottom line, as it is not exculpatory, I doubt it will be an issue.
