definitely. although it doesn't prove he was a thug or a gangsta. it definitely shows that he wanted people to think he was.
 
I have said all along as we have discussed/debated the GZ/TM issue that the public does not know all the facts. As more evidence is released it is showing a different rougher side of TM.

That is why I have taken the stance all along of GZ is not guilty until proven otherwise. The State must prove beyond a reasonalble doubt that GZ did not fear for his life and it was not self defense.

I have also stated that m2 is not realistic, manslaughter maybe, not guilty maybe. But not M2.

based on what evidence? there is no evidence that Z did anything except follow him, approach him and ask him a question. you don't defend yourself from someone asking you a question by punching them in the face

My youngest .. at 22 was caught up in a passionate relationship with a 27 year old school teacher and Sunday school teacher at the church. He sent photos to her cell at school that nearly got her fired.

I know stupidity.

So much for Sharon's constant claims that there is no evidence that T was ever violent and was just a good little boy.

The defense will try their best to get it all admited. The fight stuff certainly should be, as it shows that Trayvon had experience with fighting and violence.

Silly, right? The guy talks about being involved in fights, hitting people and getting hit, there are pictures of him apparently refereeing a fight, and Sharon says they are not proof of violence. So much for her ability to not be biased. :roll:
 
Even if the evidence cannot be used in court. Many on the TM side has spouted about GZ eductation, past personal issues, etc. which may or may not be used in court. Yet, they used the evidence to debate GZ guilt. Seems turnaround is fair play in debating. The new evidence indicates that TM was no perfect teenager. Seems he wanted to have an image of being a tough guy.

Althoguh there was a fight scene on his phone. Trayvon was between two guys looking like they were fighting. Trayvon appeared to be the ref - from what I can tell.

As opposed to other teenagers "wanting" to have a "wimpy kid" image? Who doesn't want to be known as a tough guy?

Some of the text messages seemed like bravado or tongue-in-cheek jokes, like the gangsta text.

I have not seen anyone debate TM was perfect, though I have seen GZ supporters "accuse" TM supporters of "saying" he was perfect.
