6. Z was violently abused as a child. People with that history tend to (though not always) react violently and have very bad tempers.

7. Z was under the influence of psychotropic drugs. He had just had his prescription changed a month before. Reason for his the change was mood swings. Those drugs have a side effect in some people of causing violent / angry reactions.

The fact is....the call taker asked Z what was, the individual *M* wearing. Z said, the person*M* was wearing, which happened to be a hooded sweatshirt.

Z did not volunteer the info nor did he say he found, the hooded sweatshirt suspicious.

Oh please.. when you call 911 and report some activity.. you always state the gender, clothing and color of the person.

I was renting a temp apartment in SF.. and the fat little Cubans next door were smashing out the windows from the inside in some sort of domestic dispute.

I tend to like Cubans as most that I know are professional people and quite charming.. but this crowd were 9 to a 2 bedroom apt and doing drug deals n their cellphones walking back and forth in front of my door.

I laughed when George said that he didn't mention "color" until asked by dispatch. George is an idiot.

If I saw a black guy jacking a car.. I would call 911 and say .. this guy is black, 6 foot, heavy set and blah... blah blah..

The color of one's skin is not a matter to be parsed by fools.

If I was seen committing a crime.. they sure could describe me.. White, tall, skinny with gray hair .. wearing a hoodie and jeans.

Unless George wasn't certain of the color of the guy.. Which would be why, when asked, he could only say "he looks black". It wasn't until later in the call, when Trayvon got closer, the he was able to confirm "he is a black male". Too bad you didn't realize how the call went down... Only fools would substitue their own reality for what the facts actually are.

I did. He said more then that. the balance of his statement that you are entirely incapable of remembering could cause someone to reasonably believe that someone is up to no good. That is why I am worried about you... Your memory seems to be worse then George's.

If I wasn't certain, I might say "he looks black". Then, as I became certain, I would not hesitate to indicate "yes, he is black". Guess what.. That's exactly what George did. He didn't hesitate to point out the color once he was certain. Of course you can't seem to recall that.
