Florida Statute 913.10 Will Always Favor the Prosecution Over the Defense

But Trayvon tried to harass him by circling his vehicle. And it was Trayvon who laid in wait and approached Zimmerman from his left rear to effectuate his attack.

Trayvon never circled George's truck.. George made that up later.. He NEVER mentioned it to the NEN...

And he very well may have thought he did when he told the call taker "he is coming to check me out".

No, you're lying. In courtroom transcripts, the SP stated that Zimmerman's story was INconsistent with the evidence.

How is that possible when, the state investigators and prosecutors have no evidence to refute Z's version?

If this case was a slam dunk, they would have already gone to trial... Instead.. Omara is still stalling and whining... filing motions and appeals, demanding sanctions and opening up the HOA settlement papers.

Criminal defense attorneys a generally low key and dignified.. They don't play to the press or set of websites and blog hundreds of pages or solicit funds.

This is high farce... and my biggest concern is that George will not get a fair trial.... and a fair trial is essential..

Of course the whole thing got off to a bad start with George running his mouth for weeks on end.. without benefit of counsel. (Can't tell GZ anything.. he couldn't even follow NW protocols)

Then George gets another gun...????? and lies about his donations????

Everything that you have said about this case has either been out right fabrications, twisted information and outright vile hatred against Zimmerman.
That is not indicative of a person who wants a fair trial, but one who cares less about the law and wants to see him convicted of a crime he did not commit.
