Biography
I am a forensic consultant from Jacksonville, Florida who reconstructs crime scenes and traffic accidents for attorneys, insurance companies, and others as president of my company, Knox & Associates, LLC. For over fifteen years, I was a law enforcement officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office where I spent a decade working as a detective in the Crime Scene Unit and the Traffic Homicide Unit. Before my retirement from law enforcement in 2010, I led over 350 forensic death scene investigations and investigated thousands of crime scenes. I was also the lead investigator in over 100 fatal and life-threatening traffic crashes.

Anyone get their copy? Only five bucks with prime (kindle version), can't beat that deal.

I just started, but from what I have read and the reviews, can't get much more unbiased than this. Clears up a lot of the Lame Stream Media's false information. Sticks to the facts.

By the way, this is the same guy who WKMG did the Forensic Evidence report on. The book goes into greater detail.

Why would anyone buy the book? It seems like a waste of 5 dollars on a totally unimportant event.

Sometimes, we must spend money to bypass the media BS. I believe five bucks is well worth it.

Ok. But again, why would you care? Why not spend 5 bucks on beer? Or save it and keep to buy a gallon of gas. It seems far better use. Putting in a book about nothing concerning nobody is useless.

1. I do not drink much, if any beer
2. I own a Prius...no I'm just messing around. I would never do that.

But yea, telling me how to spend five bucks all due to something that does not matter. If it was something like a hundred bucks...I can see that. But really? Why all the fuss?

I read through some of it (what they let you read as sort of a preview). It seemed pretty interesting and what I read looks like it was a fairly straightforward all about the facts account.

Is the author of the book really trying to get the "truth" out and clear up misinformation, or is he trying to make a buck. Like many conspiracy theory authors, I think the guy sees a way to make a few dollars.

I will just wait for the trial. We will know what the jury decides what is fact and fiction then.

It seems like he's taking into account just the facts, I read parts of the book you can read it to if you go to the link. The author uses very neutral language and brings up only relevant info and stays away from all of the politically charged aspects of it.

The author is what you would call an "expert witness". He is forensic consultant. Most expert witnesses make regular publications, like books. So yeah that is what he does for a living.

Well, first off, its not "you" as in you individual. It is "you" as in the group of people who are interested in this rather stupid case that got bastardized by the media and I will be surprised if the judicial process would be any different. "you" empowered these groups of completely moronic people to divide a nation along racial lines between the zimmerman camp and the trayvon camp. It is the equivalent of twilight fans team jacob and team edward, only with real life consequences. And the fact that "you" still empower this non-sense by validating this attempt to commercialize it is even worse. It is a spit in the face all that it means rule of law and all that it means due process. It is without a doubt one of the dumbest things in the world, on par with the Jersey shore and the kardashians, only here, its not about bitches and hoes, its about a real life issue. If "you" (again, your group of people who are interested in this crap) would not have been interested in this case and have dismissed it from the get go, there would have been no racial agitation, no divide, no nothing. And that would have been the correct decision and the correct choice. And now you are willing to empower another vulture that feasts of the corpse of trayvon martin, the despair of zimmerman and the indulgent behavior of uninspired commoners.

I will throw out a few things on WHY this case matters to some:

1. Race relations-for obvious reasons

2. SYG laws-the left has already used this case to push for the repeal of SYG

3. Defenders of the "presumption of innocence"-Corey has already bypassed the grand jury, so only six, yes SIX jurors may decide the fate of George Zimmerman. Only in Florida can someone get ****ed like this:lol:

You can disregard it all you want, but there are some serious real life issues that matter to some people.

1. It's not obvious at all, it depends what you aim at saying with this.

2. Its not a national problem, but a state problem. Again, why is it on national interest?

3. Ok, this is of some concern, but again, on state level. Not national.

In the end, the only thing this should concern is at best, state citizens of wherever this guy was killed. I even forgot what state it was. Florida or smth? Who gives a damn. It should also be in the interest of forensic students who want to study the forensic aspects of this crime, but like it, there are tens of thousands to pick from that are maybe even better. And last but not least, the legal community of lawyers and juries. But the last part is not really true since it is Zimmerman who is put on trial, not the Stand your ground law. And this is not a case that can throw out the stand your ground law.
