The nature of Zimmerman's injuries can be instructive on whether he reasonably believed deadly force was necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury. Some facts suggest that Zimmerman did not consider his injuries so serious or life-threatening either on the night he killed Trayvon, or the next day.

Zimmerman "claimed he was in a fight for his life," yet he rejected going to a hospital for medical treatment. At least 3 times the police offered Zimmerman the chance to be taken to the hospital the night he killed Trayvon, but he declined.

The medical report states that Zimmerman saw his personal doctor the following day because he "needed to be legally cleared to return to his job." Zimmerman also rejected his doctor's advice to see an ear, nose and throat doctor.

Actually they can't be.

Nor should they ever be, as a person just doesn't have the time to analyze their injuries to determine if they should use deadly force or not.


Nor do they matter to the actual fear Zimmerman felt during the event.

And with Trayvon going for the gun with the stated intent of murdering Zimmerman, his injuries matter not.

And I would also suggest you go and look up how they tested Trayvon's hands.

And covered in tanned leather?

And M isn't a tall long limbed person with large hands?

No abrasions on his fingers from contacting the concrete as his "victim" thrashed about?

And where were Ms thumbs in all this? On Zs face, if Z is telling the truth.

Oh, and somebody is often on top while wrestling.

And who straddles somebody way down on their.legs? Where M would have had to have been to have reached for Zs gun as Z claims.

"Normal" straddling would have M sitting right ON Zs gun.

He had his billfold and his CCW license.

So far bad, but not horrible. But GZ, in an effort to bolster his credibility makes the classic mistake of all bad liars. He attempts to add details to make it seem more realistic. But it this series of these details that make GZ’s claim go from unlikely to impossible.

So let’s begin. As I noted in a previous post discussing the Video Reenactment performed the day after the killing, GZ demonstrates where he kept his holster.

The same way one grabs a basketball. Which is not with the nails.
Which is why there would be nothing under the nails from slamming someones head in to the ground.

There was no wrestling. It was an assault with one trying to get away. Calling for help multiple times even.


And what is hilarious here is that you are basically trying to say that he didn't slam Zimmerman's head into the ground.

Yet Zimmerman has multiple impact abrasions and two lacerations.

Your position is untenable.

Like I said; You can't show that he didn't have a means of exchange in his vehicle or handed off to another after the fact.

Heck, you have yet to prove that is all he had on him to begin with, and that there was nothing else in his wallet.
