The Zimmerman case disintegrates

Would Crump and his team is be sufficient for you?
Crump has acknowledged that GZ received injuries.
Imho, that different than maintaining that GZ had no injuries.
ymmv.
You can count it if you like, though.

So, if what you imply is true, that Crump et al are "black racists", then Muhammed must be wrong because we have found at least one "black racist" who says that GZ was injured.

The question was;
Remember when all the black racists were saying that Zim had no injuries?

They were wrong, and they still don't admit it because they are very dishonest people.
I simply asked if Crump and team would be sufficient.
Now I think you are playing another one of your games.

“When you look at that video with your eyes and listen to the 911 tapes we had to sue for, everybody in America now sees that the police report was a fabrication,” said attorney Ben Crump. “George Zimmerman doesn’t exhibit a broken nose. He doesn’t exhibit blood on the back of his head. He doesn’t exhibit his clothes messed up. So America can judge for themselves.”

Simply acknowledging that there is evidence, which he later does, does not qualify as admitting you were wrong.
Especially since he was trying to incite with his language.

Which is where our reading of what was said differs.
Somehow you seem to think it means "maintaining that GZ had no injuries". Which of course Crump doesn't maintain.
Where as I see it as not admitting a previous mistake, which he used to incite. Which Crump hasn't admitted to.

He has not admitted to being wrong.
So take your miles and ... vary them?

The nature of Zimmerman's injuries can be instructive on whether he reasonably believed deadly force was necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury. Some facts suggest that Zimmerman did not consider his injuries so serious or life-threatening either on the night he killed Trayvon, or the next day.

Zimmerman "claimed he was in a fight for his life," yet he rejected going to a hospital for medical treatment. At least 3 times the police offered Zimmerman the chance to be taken to the hospital the night he killed Trayvon, but he declined.

The medical report states that Zimmerman saw his personal doctor the following day because he "needed to be legally cleared to return to his job." Zimmerman also rejected his doctor's advice to see an ear, nose and throat doctor.

Actually they can't be.

Nor should they ever be, as a person just doesn't have the time to analyze their injuries to determine if they should use deadly force or not.

Nor do they matter to the actual fear Zimmerman felt during the event.

And with Trayvon going for the gun with the stated intent of murdering Zimmerman, his injuries matter not.

None of which matters to the fear he felt, or to Trayvon's act of going for the gun with the stated intent of murdering Zimmerman.

George could pull the trigger... or say, I'm Neighborhood Watch.. George is an idiot and he's going to prison.

Sigh!
Only in your fantasy land sharon. Only in your fantasy land.

Zimmerman was in the process of being assaulted. He did have to say a damn thing.

Wrong. He had a broken nose. There was not multiple injuries to the nose. There was blood yes, but not a drop of it on Martin hands or clothing.

And still no DNA from Zimmerman on Martin dispite Zimmerman's claim that Martin tried to smother him, pounded his face and grabbed his head and slammed it into the concrete.

No saliva or blood on Martin's hands or clothing dude. Nothing.

Nor skin under Ms fingernails from gripping a bald head.

I still think they were wrasslin', probably over the gun from the gate, exposed when Z was fumbling for his phone.

And Z omitted this part because of the "brandishing" law in Florida.

Now GZ claims his phone was in a zippered breast pocket on the front of his jacket.

Both of you.

Show that Zimmerman was bleeding, and had blood coming out of his nose, at the moment Trayvon placed his hands over Zimmerman's mouth and nose in order for Trayvon to get this blood, you believe would exist, on his hands.

What was that?
You can't?
Figures!

And I suppose Zs mouth was bone dry at.the time too, right?

Dna is present in saliva and skin cells, none of which were found on M either.

Nor skin under Ms fingernails from gripping a bald head.
:doh
iLOL
You don't get leather under your nails from bouncing a basketball do you ?
Why is that? Because you do not grip a large roundish object with your nails.
Duh!

I still think they were wrasslin', probably over the gun from the gate, exposed when Z was fumbling for his phone.
Which isn't supported by the evidence.
Witnesses saw Zimmerman being straddled. Not wrestling.

And Z omitted this part because of the "brandishing" law in Florida.
Which isn't supported by the evidence at all.
Go figure.

And?
You do not always get someone else's dna on you.
And I would also suggest you go and look up how they tested Trayvon's hands.
Which you should have done before going off half cocked with this hair-brained bs.

Now GZ claims his phone was in a zippered breast pocket on the front of his jacket.

Probably really regretting the pantomime of that moment in the walkthrough, where he mimes fumbling about at his waist right where the gun was.

So now Zs head is the same size and shape as a basketball?

And covered in tanned leather?

And M isn't a tall long limbed person with large hands?

No abrasions on his fingers from contacting the concrete as his "victim" thrashed about?

And where were Ms thumbs in all this? On Zs face, if Z is telling the truth.

Oh, and somebody is often on top while wrestling.

And who straddles somebody way down on their.legs? Where M would have had to have been to have reached for Zs gun as Z claims.

"Normal" straddling would have M sitting right ON Zs gun.

Holy ****! You guys are a hoot!

Video doesn't lie, Ex.

Bet he also wishes he walked a lot.slower.

So the twenty some.second.walk from where he hung up to where.he says he was.attacked ate up more of that two minutes.

I don't believe George was going to Target.

How does one go shopping without $$ or a debit/credit card?

Show that he didn't have a means of exchange, or that it wasn't left in his vehicle, or handed off to another after the incident.

And what does he say in the video's and the interviews?

That he thought it was in his pocket which is why he reached for it there.
Right?

He had his billfold and his CCW license.

So far bad, but not horrible. But GZ, in an effort to bolster his credibility makes the classic mistake of all bad liars. He attempts to add details to make it seem more realistic. But it this series of these details that make GZ’s claim go from unlikely to impossible.

So let’s begin. As I noted in a previous post discussing the Video Reenactment performed the day after the killing, GZ demonstrates where he kept his holster.

Right?

Right.

And IF he exposed the gun in the process and M thought he was going for it it explains Ms violent reaction without requiring anyone to believe M just suddenly tried to beat a stranger to death for no reason.

And Z almost certainly was aware that even letting your CCW come into view is a no no.

Did I say it was?
Do you really have a heard time understanding the significance of what was pointed out?

I guess you need pictures.

That above would be very similar to how one would grab a head to slam it into the ground.
The same way one grabs a basketball. Which is not with the nails.
Which is why there would be nothing under the nails from slamming someones head in to the ground.

Do you really not understand that?

As for the rest.
You are letting your imagination run wild.
Which is par for the course, isn't it?

There was no wrestling. It was an assault with one trying to get away. Calling for help multiple times even.

And what is hilarious here is that you are basically trying to say that he didn't slam Zimmerman's head into the ground.

Yet Zimmerman has multiple impact abrasions and two lacerations.

Your position is untenable.

Like I said; You can't show that he didn't have a means of exchange in his vehicle or handed off to another after the fact.

Heck, you have yet to prove that is all he had on him to begin with, and that there was nothing else in his wallet.
