FBI Files: More Zimmerman Lies?

They didn't need TM's password to get call records from TMobile. Why didn't the SPD know about DD? Why hadn't they interviewed her BEFORE closing the case?
:doh
The police do not have unlimited investigatory powers.
They did what was within their powers.
They had no reason to go to a judge and request a warrant be issued to compel T-Moble to turn over records. None.

The fact remains that they asked for cooperation from Tracy Martin and did not receive it.
Had Tracy Martin cooperated they would have discovered Daisha, who as we all ready know lawyered up with the same family attorney, "Crump, and also didn't cooperate. Go figure.

I didn't see anything unusual about his actions. He reached up to the clip to increase the volume because he couldn't hear DD.
No. He reached up to depress the button to answer the phone, or in the alternative, remove the person from hold.

This is hilarious. First you insist the Sanford PD is incompetently clownish then believe a teenager is going to give his father the PIN to his phone.

No, those are your thoughts, not mine, and they are hilarious.

Secondly, it wasn't Trayvon's account. Access can be gotten through the account holder.

And we also have you ignoring that they would not cooperate, while thinking the police can just get a warrant for anything. :doh

Also, DD gave an interview to investigators, so you have an interesting definition of "lawyering up".

WTF?
She initially lawyered up with Crump and would not cooperate.
That is factual, so her cooperation after the fact is meaningless.
And you can not blame, or hold the police accountable for her unwillingness.

Hell. She knew Trayvon was dead and didn't think about reporting their conversation.
It wasn't important enough until after she lawyered up with Crump.

Access to call records is gotten by obtaining a search warrant and getting a written record from TMobile that you can submit in court as evidence. As far as access to the account, if the detectives were relying solely on the father of a teenager having the PIN number to the sons phone in order to obtain information and evidence critical in a homicide investigation, it may be time to get new detectives.

So I'm confused, did DD or did DD not give an interview to police investigators?

Sigh!
One: It was not something that they had to obtain. They made an attempt. It was not fruitful, that is it.
Two: There was no pressing need to obtain it.
Three: The account holder had access to the account information, not Trayvon. The account holder doesn't need Trayvon's pin.
Four: Their was no cooperation in this regard from Trayvon's family.

So I'm confused, did DD or did DD not give an interview to police investigators?
She refused to cooperate in the beginning.
Then Crump took her public.
She was then scheduled to testify before the Grand Jury.
She then cooperated after Corey took over. Meaning she cooperated with the new investigators.

And the fact that she didn't come forward on her own after finding out Trayvon was dead is suspicious in and of itself. Especially with what she says she believes happened and supposedly heard. Which further casts doubt on her account.

Then you shouldn't start out with such as you did.
The police investigation was fine as it was.
