An interesting and similar stand your ground case in Florida

:lamo

Look, the only people I hate would be serial killers/rapists and maybe pedophiles. People like that. No excuses for what they do. Pretty much any actions of what you may call "evil".

I believe GZ made stupid decisions, that is about it. Far, far from hating him:lol:

if he was my friend or family member, I would shake my head and say you ****ed up. Got to pay the piper dumb ass.

****ed up?? In what way and why he does he have to pay the piper?

The Houston case has no bearing whatsoever with the Zimmerman case

Where's your evidence that Z provoked the fight? Where's your evidence that would legally justify M's assault on Z?

MY evidence:shock:

Hey ric, just like the Rodriguez case or any other case, I will let the prosecution handle that part son:lol:

That's just a diversion. Why are you ok with the shooter in this thread? Because the person reached thru a car window?

I don't believe cars do have the same status as a home.

No?

I stand corrected. I was inaccurate. You are right.

The shooter in the Brandon Baker case could have driven away.

Zimmerman had no way of getting Martin off of him. Even John stated that it looked like Zimmerman was trying to get free, but couldn't. In hindsight, it's too bad John didn't just simply push or pull Trayvon off of George, though I could understand why he didn't get involved.
