All that I have heard and read the prosecution does not have any "solid" evidence of wrong doing by Zimmerman. All these threads are full of hate for Z but nothing based on facts of the case. People state this and that which is all speculation based on no hard evidence to back up any of those claims. Zimmerman a free man.

Read Post 48 and you'll see what I mean.
 
A man with a gun shot and killed an unarmed teenager. It's quite simple.

What "hard" and/or "solid" evidence are you referring to? No one saw Scott Peterson kill Laci Peterson. You do not NEED to have a witness present for the entirety of a murder for someone to be convicted of murder.

That is my point there is none. Further did you not know that an eye witness is not a good witness, so that leaves circumstantial evidence and there is none.

If it's so simple, when a guy is getting his head bashed into the concrete what is he supposed to do? Take it and die, or defend himself? That is an easy question, pick one if it's so simple. But you already answered the question, "take it and die" sorry but that is the wrong answer, in this country we have the right to defend ourselves. And I might add Florida goes one step further, it has a "stand your ground" law.

This case will never go to trial, Z was defending himself and is a free man. But of course there are many like you that think Z should have continued to take his head bashing and died instead of defending himself. I wonder is you would have defended yourself, or let yourself be bashed to death. Oh that's right you already answered that, you would not have defended yourself. You would rather have died like a slaughtered lamb, than defend yourself.

Once again, someone completely ignoring the actions of TM that lead to the deadly ending.

All the facts corroborated GZ's explanation of self-defense.

The investigation and trial smacks of the racial injustice that we saw with the Duke lacrosse scandal and looks like gross misconduct from the prosecutor. I'm having a difficult time finding any reason for this case to continue aside from accusations of racism.

Did you review the full transcript and docket, and have an understanding of the quality and nature of the witnesses, etc., the totality of the available information and the totality of what was moved and what actually went into evidence in the Peterson case?

When I saw pictures of the back of Z's head, it looked like 6 or 7 bleeding cuts were made by an x-acto knife. I've had worse scratches than that on my eyeball. What kind of concrete makes straight-line cuts that look like those shown in the picture? Razor concrete?

1 M initiated both the verbal and physical encounter thus M attacked Z without legal provocation and

2 Z's injuries are consistent with his version of the attack plus witnesses' statements the night of the shooting back up Z's account.

That is why an eye witness is not a good witness, and you just proved that. What you saw may not even be close to exactly what damage was created, and it was not just one wound but several, so if your head is being bashed into the concrete you may be at a point of being knocked out, in which the perp could continue his bashing until your dead. But you have already said you would just take the bashing and die like a slaughtered lamb, rather than defend yourself.

Exactly. He claims TM "smashed" his head into the concrete, but he sustains cuts:lol:

He shot me, but I sustained a stab wound:lol:
 
I was kinda hoping this thread would be about what motived a person to form their opinion, rather than repeating the arguments already repeated on 50 other threads like this is the abortion board. But I guess threads evolve as they do. :roll:

Your lack of critical thinking is astounding.....

1 Z's broken nose jives with being hit in the face.

2 Z's head has cuts/bruises jives with his head hitting something hard.

3 Z was on the bottom which jives with eyewitness testimony, the dude on the bottom taking the beating can be inferred to be the one yelling for help....jives with the 911 tapes of yelling plus Z says nobody came to his rescue
