Well Zimmerman said his head was slammed into the sidewalk. If you want to say the sidewalk is made out of something other than concrete so be it.
Other than that, no, it is not speculation.
It is what the evidence says.

There is nothing of import that has yet to be released.
We knew and had enough information previously.
The 911 calls were released. We had them and witness interviews. We had portions of Zimmerman's account released in the media, and public statements of the evidence.
We have had enough.

We even know what conclusions were drawn from the evidence in toto. That was and is enough.


To say that we do not have all the evidence, while it may technically be true, is false on it's surface because we know of all the evidence of any import and the conclusions drawn from the evidence in toto. That is enough to draw conclusions from.

There is no liability for anyone for whatever George Zimmerman did. There is not even any theory of liability for the actions of your neighbors.

I asked what I did to the TM supporters. We all have looked at the data and we have two conclusions. Personally, I think it was a tragic event. I see where GZ could be justified because of the SYG. If you look at my posts, they are almost always questioning the TM side and the conclusions/opinion they present.

I do believe GZ head injuries were not self inflicted. Striking the sidewalk makes sense to me. As I asked but got no answer from the TM side when they brough up blood on GZ flashlight and the flashlight caused the injuries, Are they saying TM used the flashlight as a weapon then?

Are you going back to your position that if someone is in NW they are cops who can and should affirmatively get in the face of someone they see as suspicious and declare... "I AM SHARON XXXXXX of the XXXXXXXX Neighborhood crime watch! WHAT IS YOUR NAME, WHY ARE YOU HERE AND WHAT ADDRESS ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO BE AT?!"

It is bizarre that while others claim GZ should have just phoned the police from his truck and then gone on his way, YOU claim GZ should have run down TM, and interrogated TM after declaring he had authority to demand answers due to being in "neighborhood watch" - which legally in fact is NOTHING.

The evidence says that Trayvon approached Zimmerman.
So why didn't Trayvon ID himself first?

Isn't that what you are saying he should have done Sharon?
