You're simply grasping at straws

We have produce evidence from the police accounts, videos and witness statements supporting his version of events, including conflicting witness assertions like DeeDee's, pics of his injuries, and his lawful ccw permit, etc, etc, etc

You have shown nothing of importance....no evidence whatsoever just variations on Z's multiple versions that does nothing to contradict or affect Z's whole version of events.

Rather brash attitude considering, the state does not have any evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict Z on any charge because you would have posted that evidence by now......not mere allegations

Guess in your whole life you (TM supporters) have not used a off word during any event in your life?

Ok, GZ used a couple of explict deletes regarding the TM incident.

So I will ask you (TM) supporters to meet me half way in admitting TM action added to the esculation of the event. ex. throwing punches.
If not there is not much hope in rational discussion. by the way I stand in saying GZ may or may not be guilty. The trial will sort it out. I can accept whatever verdict. Can you?

Ok, pretend I'm a prosecuter going for murder 2.

I need "depraved mind".

IF Z said "****ing goons", as in a local black gang that wears hoodies.

And IF the jury can be convinced that "these assholes always get away", in context included M in the subset of "assholes who always get away", then it might be possible to claim that Z was of "depraved mind" because he was operating on the assumption that M was a member of a local criminal gang whose members always get away.

Or something along those lines.

ANY and EVERY inconsistency in Zs various statements will be brought forth and analysed. Every second of Zs actions during the 911 call will be accounted for.

The only chance the prosecution has is to throw doubt on Zs veracity.

I think a LOT of things that folks in the Z camp are dismissing as irrelevant are going to end up being closely examined.

I think Z would be screwed in a bunch of other states, but not florida.

That said, the "hard" parts of the timeline, that pinpoint certain moments and locations combined with Zs statements and reenactment, may cause some distress in some jurors.

That's why I'm expecting a hung jury as opposed to an outright acquittal.

Or some low form of negligent manslaughter.

Cuz in Florida you can say you ****ed a guys mama at her funeral and if her son starts whoopin your ass you can shoot him. So it follows you can scare a kid so bad being a halfwit Barney Fife that he punches you in the face and wrestles you to the ground and as long as he's on top of you so you can't retreat and youre "afraid" you can shoot him and walk.

Interesting point you made about the Goon Gang.. Emmanuel Isiah Burgess also lived on Retreat View Circle.

When the police caught with Emmanuel he had property stolen in Retreat burglaries. Do you suppose half wit Barney Fife considered that Emanuel's four chums may have been responsible for ALL 7 burglaries?
