Zimmerman’s attorney: Trayvon Martin killed 'because of his own doing'

I think we all understand how much Zimmerman haters cheer denial of due process and cheer even the most outrageous judicial misconduct.

Yes, I understand why you ignore the objections I raise to some irrelevant and nonsensical declaration.

It is easy to understand when you are only trying to derail or divert. You post LOLOLOLOLOLOL every time.

I just don't get you at all..

Because of GZ's whimp-ass attorney - combined with the prosecutor and judge working together to take away all of GZ's defense money to make GZ a pauper - you are correct. All the politicians want the conviction. So there are no safeguards left.
It is the system. It is the best one we have. It isn't going to change anytime soon.

where do you get such bull****, and why do you keep bringing it up in discussions that have nothing to do with it?

The way to deal with a judge politiking from the bench is to politically challenge the judge in counter statements.

The case is an extreme anti-gun-rights case. The prosecution is claiming, essentially, that a person may never use a firearm to defend themselves unless the other person is first using a weapon against them. That, essentially, would erase ALL real gun-rights in public.

There are THREE attacks Democrats declared they would use this case for:
1. To use the cry of RACIST! to try to get African-Americans back to the polls for Obama
2. "To vigorously oppose STG" (to quote the prosecutor)
3. To oppose legalizing carrying firearms in public.

These are the purposes of the prosecuting of this case. They don't give a damn about a dead African-American teen.

LOLOL.. everyone is to blame except George..

Good luck.

I just don't get you at all..
Imagine yourself in Zimmerman's shoes, a bad situation, not all of you own doing, has resulted in you
being charged with a crime. You may or may not be guilty of said crime, or maybe can justify said crime.
You expect our justice system to afford you the same protections as anyone else charged with a crime.
But at every turn, the Judge strips away those protections, and everyone CHEERS?
Why are any of you Martin supporters cheering the Judge taking away Zimmerman's rights?

George is not a victim.. He knew not to follow Trayvon..

George and Shellie chose to deceive the court and OMara about the money.

Let's look at the situation again.

George spends 3 days shootin his mouth off at SPD without a lawyer.

George calls Hannity.

George tries to call Angela Corey..

George's lawyers claim that he is suffering from shaken baby syndrome.

George's lawyers give an unheard of press conference firing GZ as their client.

OMara takes the case and the Zimmermans lie to him..

GZ is not a victim.. he's just dumb as a post... How stupid do you have to be to get your bail revoked?

And still you cheer Zimmerman's loss of rights.
Being victimized by an overzealous prosecutor, teamed up with a bias judge.
Anyone could, in short order be in Zimmerman's place, the wrong combination of events,
and a few bad decisions.(not illegal decisions).
Once the system is allowed to trample GZ rights, why should it stop there?
The emotions involved in this case, have tinted peoples views.
Law and Justice are best when cold , impartial, and without emotion.

I agree that its a good idea to keep emotions out of it but you just said I was "cheering" an "overzealous prosecutor" who was "trampling" George's rights.... and Jerry just accused me of being a racist in large font.

Nobody put George in this situation except George.

My point is, that when the state does not apply the law equally, it harms all of our rights.
This case is about more than George Zimmerman,
it is about the Government's response to a crowd's cry for justice.
The protections granted by our laws against unfair prosecution,
should be the same no matter what the crowd wants.
The next time the crowd call for justice, whose name will be on the list?
It may be ourselves or a loved one.
I would rather our justice system be deaf to the call of the crowd, and just apply the law equally!

Apply what law equally??

George shot an unarmed teen .. applying the law equally means an investigation... it means justice for the victim. Trayvon wasn't a stray dog..

George is a crybaby.. He got himself into this mess all on his own... because he is so much smarter than the police and Neighborhood Watch.

No, it means justice for all parties.
And since Zimmerman was the victim, your statement was ridiculous.
And since we already had a thorough investigation, this reeks of politics.

Once again, When our justice system selects out someone for "Special Prosecution" the law is not being
applied equally.
When the "Special Prosecution" is a result of a call for justice from a crowd, we should all fear for our rights.
(We should also try to stay in the good graces of the crowd, as they may call for our head next.)

George is not a victim.. He knew not to follow Trayvon.. Except that he is. Trayvon should have known better than act out violently and attack someone just for following him.

George and Shellie chose to deceive the court and OMara about the money. That is your belief, not fact.

Let's look at the situation again.

George spends 3 days shootin his mouth off at SPD without a lawyer. And? He was being cooperative.

George calls Hannity. So what? He wasn't getting a fair shake in the press. Anybody would want to correct that.

George tries to call Angela Corey.. And? He still was trying to be cooperative, and not realizing that she didn't care about his innocence.

George's lawyers claim that he is suffering from shaken baby syndrome. Wrong! This was addressed a long time ago. And that is not what was claimed.

George's lawyers give an unheard of press conference firing GZ as their client. Unheard of? WTF? How did you hear about it then? lol

OMara takes the case and the Zimmermans lie to him.. That is your belief, not fact.

GZ is not a victim.. he's just dumb as a post... How stupid do you have to be to get your bail revoked? Except that he is. And a person doesn't have to be stupid to get their bond revoked.

And? You do not think donations will help?
The fact that you are making false claims says you either do not know enough about this case to speak on it, or you are purposely trying to spin it to fit your false and biased narrative.
I would say that both are possibilities.

Nothing GZ did that night was unreasonable. Rather it was quite reserved as was his typical actions.
