Another favorite false character assasination of Zimmerman was debunked in the bond hearing today.
It has been a popular character attack against Zimmerman including this forum claiming that the transfers from Paypal were less than $10,000 to violate federal, IRS and Homeland Security reporting requirements. On this forum alone, there are probably over 50 messages sneering and jeering about this as a truism.
In fact, everyone who posted such was lying and it a false character assasination as is the tactic of Zimmerman haters - the constant character assasination attempts showing it is hatred, not analysis.
Shown by all Paypal and bank records, the Zimmermans tried transferring over $10,000 3 times from the Paypal accounts, and all 3 times Paypal refused as Paypal prohibits any transfer of $10,000 or more. So the BIG lie that Zimmerman transferred less than $10,000 to hide it from reporting was 100% false. It was because Paypal won't allow it.
In addition, it was testified to that the $10,000 reporting rule applies to CASH, nor bank transfers. So the character assasination was both factual 100% false and 100% percent wrong in terms of law. Character assasination that was exactly, totally false in fact and in law.
But I don't expect any of the Zimmerman haters to even acknowledge their false messages. Instead, they'll just keep making up and posting the same and more false facts and bad law over and over and over.
Oh, the paramedic Zimmerman haters claimed would disprove Zimmerman was seriously hurt and that Zimmerman was lying about that too, testified that Zimmerman had blood over "at least 45% of his head."
