Your browser and/or plug-ins may need to be updated, then. If all else fails, you can grab the url of the pic from my post from the "reply with quote" screen, paste it into your url header and it should take you to the pic online.

Don't think it is a browser issue Jerry.
It doesn't show up in any browser I try.

The photo doesn't even display at the site it is hosted on even though other images do.
It may have at one time, but it doesn't now.

So all I was able to see was the following.

If I use IE, It shows the place of an absent picture.

Does anybody else see an image appearing in the following post by Jerry?

I'm afraid my tech support skills are fairly limited. All I can do is recommend that you make sure your browser is up to date, and additionally make sure that all your plug-in are up to date as well. There could be an issue with your internet connection, as I know that mine sometimes gives me attitude and it can take several minutes for a picture to load. I'm sorry I can't be of further help.

I tried to be pretty careful about judging the whole situation in the beggining, although the issue I had was why he was following Trayvon and appeared to be playing Rambo... but once more information came out I've backed out of this issue completely.

I'm interested in the verdict but I have no interest in playing judge and jury with snippets we get from the Media who have managed to **** up this story worse than Ireland has ****ed up this Euro Competition.

I look at it in context and say well... 40-70 of my countrymen back in South Africa were murdered in the last 24 hours. I have no time to worry about one kid from Florida as harsh as it sounds.

Have you cleared your cache?
That is why you may be getting the image to appear on your end, but others don't.

ie: the picture was available when you posted, but no longer available now, but shows up on your end, it can be because it is in your cache.

Like I said the other photos on that site show up just fine.

I've up-loaded 2 screen shots to DP. If you can see these attachments then the problem may be with the image hosting service.

I've noticed that Chrome also likes to try and paste formats. I often have to post first and then edit the post to remove all the font/color/size code. Occasionally I have to make sure there's a space between a url, quote or img box and a sentence, otherwise something doesn't jive and the link won't work properly, image won't appear or the quote box will be all jacked up.

Damn. The image that I linked too at their site, no longer shows up on this end even though it did initially.

They must not like having their images linked to.

I guess I will do what I usually do, upload it to photobucket and then link to it.

Edit: I can see the one that he reposted on the next page. So, I have a feeling he f'ed something up. Made for a funny mistake, though.

Just so you're aware, a number of us have our settings to display 40 posts per page. As such, using myself as an example, I only see 2 pages making this thread. From my perspective, your post here is on the same page as all of the screen shots and pics. If I wasn't aware of this setting it would seem odd to me that you would reference another page, since to me you're on the same page as everything else.

Just something to keep in mind when referencing pages in the future.

Good info. I guess mine is at the default (10 posts). now that I know it's possible, i'll change those settings. It's a pain the way its currently set up.

Same thing happened to me after I posted it.

But I do not allow my browser to cache anything that I do not want it to.
(Security reasons.)

So when the sight blocked it from being direct linked-to from off-site, it wouldn't appear again in my browser when I refreshed the page.

Have you cleared your cache and tried to get your image to appear?

A person loses the validity of his/her complaint about slander and liable if the person decides to spread it him/herself. Actually, the law even works that way on slander and liable. If a person goes around around showing lots of people slanderous or liable material saying "look at what that person is falsely saying about me!" the person quickly loses their complaint because the person him/herself is publishing the statement or material.
