Zimmerman judge: Prosecutor must release Zimmerman's statements to cops

The five statements GZ gave the police do NOT confess guilt.. Trying reading the link I posted.

Then why did you tell me they did. Here is what you quoted:

Attorneys for Zimmerman had argued that his conversations with Sanford, Florida, police the night of the February 26 shooting should not be made public under a state law dealing with "the substance of a confession of a person arrested,"

Excon cleared it up. You're article you quoted was wrong. Again, at least you keep consistent. Well done.

One is WHERE was the truck parked.. because it was the length of a football field away from the cut thru when GZ got out of his vehicle to follow Trayvon.
and this contradicts what? where was the truck actually parked compared to where zimmerman says it was parked?

There is also the question of Trayvon "doubling back" and coming up behind GZ. If you believe it was an ambush, why would Trayvon still be talking on the phone?
this contradicts what? what is the physical evidence and how is that found different than what zimmerman has insisted it to be?

Its NOT believable that GZ was returning to his truck which was 500 or 600 feet from where Trayvon was shot.
this contradicts what physical evidence? what does the evidence tell us in contrast to what zimmerman has explained?

And if GZ was observing Trayvon standing in the area of the Clubhouse entrance and the Mail station, why didn't he know that TM was talking on the phone with his hoodie down? That area is well lit.
again, this contradicts what? how does the evidence disprove what zimmerman stated?

YOU insisted that these are four points of physical evidence which differ. now explain to us how each of the four points of physical evidence differ from zimmerman's statements

Read the PDF file.. page 2 of 7....

Omara says don't release because it is a confession.. The judge ruled that the statements to police about the event do NOT constitute a confession.

No, page 2 of 7 does not indicate that. Would you like to try a different page number?

See page two of seven and note it is signed by the Omara Lawfirm.
See what?

Maybe you should actually reads all seven pages, huh? How about doing that?

No it doesn't.

Sharon, are you ever actually going to read the motion and point out the exact words that you allege it says?

To have any expectation whatsoever that she will... Where have you been the past month or so?

1 She files a charging document that fails to include potentially exculpatory evidence and key factual detail

2 She threatens Harvard/Derschowitz with legal action just because Derschowitz was exposing her prosecutorial bad or unethical behavior and corruptive activities.

And she used an affidavit from an officer who sworn he had reason to believe certain claims in the affidavit for arrest - and on the stand under oath admitted that he had no information or knowledge of what he swore to in writing - and that was A-OK with the prosecutor too. Open - and in writing - perjury by the officer on the affidavit that was used to justify the arrest - and used to justify preventing Zimmerman having any hear and prevented a grand jury deciding whether to prosecute.

Instead, by using a perjured affidavit and excluding exculpatory evidence, the prosecutor denied Zimmerman all due process rights and any hearing prior to arrest - while excluding a private citizens grand jury to decide. That is as corrupt a prosecutor as could possibly exist.

Oh for heavens sake read what Serino actually said 3 days after that filing. The evidence is on Zimmerman's side.

Oh I have read it.......... but I am not going to transcribe it from the PDF file.

Trying to distract again I see.

It isn't going to work.

What Serino said just three days after the filing is the following;

Two weeks ago, during an exclusive interview with the Sentinel, Lee disclosed certain details of the investigation and during that session, attended by Serino and others, Serino said his investigation turned up no reliable evidence that cast doubt on Zimmerman's account – that he had acted in self-defense.

"The best evidence we have is the testimony of George Zimmerman, and he says the decedent was the primary aggressor in the whole event," Serino told the Sentinel March 16. "Everything I have is adding up to what he says."

Trayvon Martin George Zimmerman: Trayvon Martin's family asks for Department of Justice review of State Attorney and police chief - Orlando Sentinel

Like I said. The evidence is on Zimmerman's side.

When are you going to stop lying?

It does not say what you held it out to say. You deliberately lied.

Lee was playing CYA.. You know that he was the Dean at Seminole College before he was police chief.

Why do you suppose that city council voted NO CONFIDENCE..........

Non-responsive and ignorant of the subject at that.
The post you quoted was about Serino. Not Lee.

You want to talk about Lee in that regard start a topic.

Who was I referencing in that quote again?

Oh yeah, that's right, Serino, not Lee.
Stop playing games.

Zimmerman is DESPERATE to keep the case's evidence secret.

I wonder why this is?
You are dreaming.
It was the Persecutor who didn't want to release the evidence of Zimmerman's statements.

The defense didn't want to have his personal and private emails and txt msgs released.

Big difference there.

folks who don't want evidence released, have something to hide.

Is that the reason the prosecution didn't want Zimm's statements released? What do you think they're trying so hard to hide?
