If you shoot someone walking down the street for no reason, its murder. If you shoot someone walking down the street and they find THC in his body, its still murder. This is a totally irrelevant detail to the case, what matters is if Treyvon Martin was assaulting, threatening, or otherwise making Zimmerman fear for his life or was doing anything else to justify self defense as Zimmerman claims, not if he was high or had recently been high.
By the way, I smoked pot in high school and I think I've made a success out of my life thus far. Or at the very least I was never at risk for being a career criminal, but I do have till September get myself in jail by your calculations so there's still time I suppose.
