Treat the earth well: it was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children. ~ Ancient American Indian Proverb

You guys continue to impress society with your inability get even the most basic of ideas... such as saying you know something as fact when you cannot possibly know it as fact is ****ing stupid. You don't know who started the fight, you can't know. You don't know his girlfriend was/is lying about everything, you can't know that yet. You don't know he was on drugs that day. You don't know he was punching Zimmerman. You don't know Zimmerman didn't instigate the fight. You don't know the paths that led the two to meet. And yet, you're all so ****ing sure of everything.
That list represents exactly what is wrong with your arguments.

*Edit:
And, thanks, Caine. The guy who tried calling me out as "shooting down any source" when I asked where the screenshots of Trayvon's Facebook came from. Yeah, the screenshots that ONLY exist on conservative blogs. Are you in the police force? Because if so, that's ****ing scary.

I'm so sure of everything Zimmerman said until the prosecution can prove him wrong. That is how the criminal justice system works.
You are not guilty until you can prove yourself innocent, EVEN in self-defense cases.
Nobody saw who started the fight, except Zimmerman. So is the criminal justice system supposed to assume, with no evidence to the contrary, that someone is lying, yet not be able to prove how it really happen and expect an conviction?
The answer..... is no. That isn't how it works.

Still whinning about getting your arse kicked..lol
What happens now is, the *purple drank* will possibly be relevant. The erratic behavior (suspicious attitude) described by Zimmerman gives Zim's version more weight and credibility....the *why Zim was following MArtin*

therre is plenty of information to support many of those claims. So your statement is not true. If you had said there is not enough evidence to prove many of them I'd agree with you. But most of those claims can be backed up. More importantly there isn't any factual evidence to discredit them either. So where do you think that leaves it?

Exactly. And what really bothers me is if this happened the other way around, if Trayvon had killed Zimmerman and was facing charges these same people would be right here stating that he should be let go since we dont know what happened. I also find it even funnier that normally my fellow liberals are with me in assuming innocence but these same people who rally to get get people off death row and out of prison who were convicted of crimes under questionable circumstances are suddenly wanting to see a man thrown in prison without evidence. This is why the liberal movement struggles. We should be standing up for everyone's rights, not just minorities. But it seems some people forget that.

This is ****ing insane. It's not that difficult of a concept to grasp. Ok, here is an example of giving Zimmerman the benefit of the doubt:
"A witness said Martin was on top and may or may not have been throwing punches. I think, based off of Zimmerman's account and the witnesses, that Martin could have started the fight."
Now, here's what every one of you guys ****ing do:
"A witness said Martin was slamming Zimmerman's head into the ground. Martin attacked Zimmerman and threatened his life."
Tell me you can see the difference between making **** up and stating a possible conclusion. Zimmerman is OBVIOUSLY innocent until proven guilty, so spare me the ****ing nonsense, whining "OMG THIS IS AMERICA" bull****. Can we talk about this intelligently or will you guys just continue to use conjecture and theory and tout them as facts?
It's your dignity, not mine.
You don't know that. If Trayvon was following Zimmerman and then shot him, while Zimmerman was unarmed? I can promise you I'd be quite suspicious of Trayvon, just as I am quite suspicious of Zimmerman right now. So again, quite making up nonsense, as you've just shown it again. You don't know what would happen if things were turned out, so quite pretending like you do.
