What exactly does that have to do with what you quoted from me.
Or are you just trying to bait again?

It will come down to lawyer vs lawyer.

As for the rest of what you said. That may be a good read on what will happen.

I guess the defense attorney barely even speaks to the client, right?

Don't know about elsewhere, but here in SD we went over 17 years without a single "bad shoot".

Two that I know of certainly were debateable. I've seen some bad, ****ed up **** done by cops, and I've seen them lie their asses off on the stand. And no one that I know of has EVER been satisfied when challenging police behavior through the "proper channels".

So without some kind of data to back up your position, I will remain skeptical.

I know you are certain what went down.

But I don't think the "reasonable person" standard would agree with you.

And if it makes it that far, I am sure a jury will, or be hung.

Speaking with your client is not coaching.

I don't think the jury will be hung. Johnny Holmes is not on it.

I doubt Zimmerman will testify. I also doubt it will be a fair trial and anticipate the judge quashing most of the defense questions and lines of defense. Plus Zimmerman has really crappy attorneys that seem primarily motivated by fear. Afterall, they are up against the PRESIDENT of the United States, The US DOJ, the State Attorney General, and the judge - meaning both political parties gunning for Zimmerman.

If it were a level playing field, then I would say it would be up to jury selection.

    I doubt your doubts.
