Hardly shocking to anyone with an IQ over 10 whose bothered to follow fat Al's newest race hustle. I think i hear tawana brawley being raped. Oh wait, that's Lady Liberty weeping over our new "justice system" , where you are found guilty or innocent by media talking heads instead of juries, and due process makes way for gender and racial identity politics. Let me know when the new york times or washington compost start calling Bill richardson "white"..

I'd like to also point out that the funeral director, who happens to be black, claimed that trayvon had no injuries on his hands that might suggest he was in a fight. Now, did he actually say that and is just a racist liar, or mayb just blind as a bat, or was this another case of the media just making crap up and hoping we are all too stupid to figure it out.

A funeral director is a long way away from being a forensic examiner.

When you compare Trayvon’s non-fatal injury with Zimmerman's bloody head wounds, the autopsy evidence is better for the defense, Sheaffer said.

Red herring here. If Zimmerman was the one who started the altercation, as the prosecutor alleges, then he does not have the right to kill Martin, even if he is getting his ass kicked, and losing badly. But again, I would say he is guilty of manslaughter, not murder.

Nope. The lead investigator and prosecution witness has already said during discovery that they had "no evidence of who actually started the altercation".

As a totally different aside, with that idea blown to pieces, I should point out that if zimmerman started the altercation he cannot use the stand your ground law, but he can still use the self defense claim if he thought his life was in danger. So, while you claim to have seen a red herring, you did not, but instead you dropped 2 of them.

The altercation, according to the prosecutor, was triggered when Zimmerman stalked Martin. Therefore, neither stand your ground nor self defense is an acceptable defense. The case will hinge on that, and you can believe the prosecutor will be pushing that point hard.

Oh, I read it. Other than the obvious gunshot, there were no injuries on his body whatsoever other than wounds on the knuckles.


Zimmerman, on the otherhand had 2 black eyes, a broken nose, and two laceration on the back of his head. This, too, was released from the medical records the day after the shooting from discovery at the trial.

I think the rats need to start looking from some flotsam to latch onto. This suckers' cruise ship is going down.

And with all those injuries, all it proves is that GZ started a fight with the wrong person.
