What do you mean by "street sign"?
Do you mean a street address sign on a residence? Or one of those things on the corner, or what?

lol
How do you figure that is evidence of Zimmerman confronting Trayvon?
Zimmerman was heading back to his vehicle because he had lost him when Trayvon came from behind and confronted Zimmerman, in what you call a considerable distance.
Do you not understand what that signifies?
Trayvon was nowhere to be seen by Zimmerman because Trayvon was hiding.
And instead of continuing to hide, as a scared person would, he decided to confront Zimmerman after he turned around to head back to his vehicle.
If it did occur like this, then it is more than reasonable to assume that Trayvon most likely would have done the same after Zimmerman passed the location he was hiding in. He would have came from behind to confront him. That is called "lying in wait".

Because he stopped running. And it was more like 20 seconds later and likely to losing sight of Trayvon than heeding the advice by the 911 dispatcher.
And the point is ... I believe Zimmerman is lying when he says he was looking for a street sign. I believe he was looking for Trayvon, not for a street sign on the very street on which he lived and patrolled. I didn't expect it, but you apparently agree with me as the only real answer you gave was looking for Trayvon.

According to one of the lead investigators, Zimmerman said he went to look for a street sign.
GILBREATH: He says that he continued on to find a street sign and then went back to his car.

I'm just trying to figure out a) why he was looking for a street sign on the street he lived and patrolled? And b) why did that take as long as 4 minutes?
I think it's a huge sucking head wound in his story.
