Thunder...listen for one second...nothing is impossible yet...all the facts have not been vetted...just like this picture has been just released and wasnt included with the prosecutors report...theres going to be more revelations....everything else is supposition and opinion.

I have already stated that its possible that Martin surprised & attacked Zimmerman....AND its possible that Zimmerman confronted & approached Martin in a threatening manner, which led Martin to push Zimmy away causing him to trip and bang his head on the road.
 
If I were Zimmerman--and I didn't end up in prison for 30 years--I would sue the living **** out of a bunch of people over this kangaroo court.

he may very well walk, as its gonna be damn hard to near impossible to convict for Murder 2.

sharon has already proven to me - in another thread - that the prosecutor is insulated from ANY litigation
so, who does he sue?
hell, after giving up this much of his life to become free once more, stay the hell away from a courtroom

He's getting convicted. Hell, he's already been convicted. They're just putting on a show for the general public.

I would sue anyone I could think of, including certain journalists, who insured that there was no way I could get a fair trial.

If it is preven that the prosecutor did not do due diligence (such as not even being aware of Zim's medical records), could he not sue the state?

and what, complain that their incompetence both incarcerated him and set him free

the prosecutor is absolutely exempt. i thought otherwise until sharon posted a supreme court ruling on the matter

I am ~20 miles from Sanford. I drive thru there 5 days a week. trust me, the racial tensions are quite high right now. A race riot is not out of the question.

the only thing i see which could snare zimmerman is if forensics is able to absolutely establish that the screams for help were NOT zimmerman's
then we must conclude martin was screaming for help at the time he was shot
don't think we will see that, but that is the only way the state can make its case after today's screwed up testimony by gilbreath. the defense could not have asked for better testimony from him
