Zimmerman's attorney did not confirm it.
No matter how much you try to assert it as true, it isn't. You can not change that.

not only did you claim it is certain...you claim it is MOST certain he will be convicted.

to any reasonable person, that is you presenting your opinion as fact.

and BTW, I did not say you said it was a fact...I said you presented it as a fact.

I am not a fortune teller, nor have I ever claimed to be.

If you are unable to distinguish between opinion, prediction, and fact.....that is YOUR problem.

if I think something is a fact, it will be clear as day.

and everyone will know that I am making a statement of fact, not of opinion or prediction.

Not true. I repeatedly pointed out statements of opinion that you presented as fact and explained how/why they were represented as fact rather than opinion.

if you are unable to distinguish between statements of fact & statements of opinion, that is YOUR problem.
