Re: Trayvon Martin: ABC enhances George Zimmerman video .... "Pair of Gashes or Welts
The 7:04 call was only 1 minute. The 7:12 call was four minutes long. (From a copy of pages of the bill I found, lost, and can't find again. (I'm still looking.)
From the way that I am reading it she last talked to Martin before Zimmerman called 911. She tried to call him back (and apparently didn't get an answer) 1 min before Zimmerman placed the call to 911 which was at 7:13 (19:13 military time)....her call back happened at 7:12.
Her first initial call happened at 7:04. Thats when she says that she was talking to Martin in which she "recalls" Martin telling Zimmerman "Whats your problem man?" and then she says she heard a "scuffle" or some such and the phone went dead. She then tried to call back Martin at 7:12. Which according to that image happened 1 min before Zimmerman placed the 911 call. So that would mean that she didn't even hear the running that happened.
Now What if....? mentioned that the time there for the dispatcher reflects when entries are made. My question to that is does the entries made by the dispatcher automatically present the time or does the dispatcher log the time themselves? In either case I don't see the "lag" as being that much...at most 1 minute would have passed before any thing was entered. And its not that hard to look at the bottom right corner of a computer screen to see what time it is so if the time was put int by the dispatcher themselves I would imagine it to be accurate. If the time is input automatically by the computer then it would have done so the moment he/she punched in the very first letter...which happens rather quickly. So I honestly don't think there would be any lag worth mentioning.
