1. Ukraine.

2. The Czech Republic, or

3. One of the 'Stans.
Or:

Lithuania
Estonia
Latvia

Perhaps an arguement could be made that also:

Romania
Bulgaria
Poland
E. Germany
and
Slovakia were as well.

I reasoned that buck****istan would be in the "Stan" provinces all right, but I couldn't quite place it, and since they seem to have nukes that the downtrodden Islamic Fundamentalists would strive to have and use, I thought that I should educate myself.

Do they count? They're only about 30 feet across.

Won't help. Damn commies left their nukes all over the place when they quit.

They count because of all of the herring that the Ruskies stole.
I love Aquavit as much as the next guy, but they don't have to steal food to balance the drink.
That is just sad.

...and it was just for my map building skills. I don't care about the nukes that are missing or stolen, to be honest. I care about my knowledge. Oh well, if you can't help, I will keep looking around on the map.

I'd like to thank President Bush and the Department of Homeland Security for keeping America safe for the last 7 years. Despite a hostile enemy full of success in other countries, we've steered clear of further terrorist attacks on our homeland.

So your solution is to have someone physically open every single container that enters the US, and THEN search/inspect every single container WITHIN those containers that could possibly be a lead lined coffin?

You're assuming that:

1. The Russians know where they all are.

2. The Russians would tell us, and

3. The bum****istanis would give them up.
Do you have a better idea?

And why not? Bush promised to make us "safer". That WAS the whole point of all this DHS crap and hideous legislation, right?

If he's not going to go after our #1 Achilles heel, then what WAS all that legislation for?

We should just skip to the cavity searches then - people might be smuggling plexiglass box cutters onto planes in their asses.

To address security issues in a realistic matter. I don't know anyone who thinks that the type of inspection you're proposing is either desirable or implementable.

So the whole safety business is just window dressing?

You're making the fallacious assumption that your method is the only way to increase safety.

Does every single road have a patrol car stationed on it at all times to catch speeders? No.
Does the fact that patrol cars are out there from time to time have a deterrent effect? Yes.
Would it be a good use of money to spend tens of billions of dollars to put a patrol car on every road at all times? No.

I know you understand this concept.
