When you go to war with someone, you actually do go to war? Now, there's a lesson our leaders seem to have forgotten sometime after the Second World War.

The Gitmo detainees cannot be sent to unstable nations. Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen, etc. are thus not valid destinations.

Moreover, you cannot just place them on an airplane and send them anywhere. Host nations must agree to receive them and agree on detainee movement/communication restrictions.

It was never shown that any of those prisoners ever committed any crime in the first place. The only crime was to incarcerate people for years without any charges or trials.
