Restricting bulk sales of alcohol.

Come on, wouldn't the reduction in date rape (90% alcohol related) and deaths (just had a kid here at UF fall to his death after drinking) be worth it?

That will not stop anyone, I will tell you now. You seem to think that minors and college kids obtain alcohol by walking into a store and hoping they do not card them. That is beside the point that college age kids should be bale to alcohol anyways.
